Affordable efficiency in Clearwater Beach

Small, clean unit in unassuming, unpretentious multi-unit resort. Close to beach and restaurants. No frills, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great beach access

The room was small, a/c was not the right size for the room but a fan was provided which helped quite a lot. Older resort, but the location was fantastic! a block from the beach, so many great restaurants close by. The check-in staff was amazing and fast.

Thank you for your feedback, Andi! We're glad you enjoyed our prime location and the quick, friendly service from our front desk staff. We strive to make every stay a memorable one! Our double suites are designed with a living area in the front of the room and the bedroom area in the back, with a wall AC unit to keep the sleeping area cool and a fan to help circulate air throughout the room. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased the fan helped make your stay more comfortable. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt very comfortable and not a stuffy place. It's a nice place to stay with kids that want to use the pool. I liked being able to step out the door and see & smell the ocean. You can also overlook the pool. The location is great too. Walking distance from everything you need.
