We were very pleased with this condo. The layout is nice, and it was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the bay from our balcony was beautiful. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk, and there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There were plenty of beach towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. Communication with the hosts was excellent from booking to checkout.

Wonderful condo. Beautiful and clean with many amenities. Beach towels and wagon and supplies were great perk. The pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend :)

This condo was perfect!! Everything you want is right there in the unit!! Saw dolphins everyday in the Bay. Kit and Gary great to deal with. Will definitely stay there again. Great vacation spot‼

We had the best family vacation and this condo just made it even better. Incredibly clean, smells very clean. Plenty of room for the five of us. Beautiful condo. Hosts were great at communicating and made the check in/check out process so easy. I highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Clearwater Beach. A few minutes walk to everything.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the bay. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts put a lot of thought into little extras they leave for their guests. The hosts were always quick to reply to my questions

Dock Holiday was the perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and well-equipped for simple vacation cooking. There was a lovely view of the bay out the front windows, and it was only a few blocks to walk to the beach. We would definitely choose Dock Holiday again for a future visit.

Great communication. Beautiful, incredibly clean condo. So close to everything you’d want to do in Clearwater! Nice view of the marina and easy parking. We can’t wait to come back! My daughter’s friend also left her AirPods, their cleaning person was honest when she found them. The host mailed them to us. Thank you again for everything!

Excellent location with relaxing view as well as walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious apartment with all ammenities needed to have comfortable family vacation. Spacious parking place. 7-10 minutes drive to a Publix store, 20-30 min to Costco, 35-40 minutes to Tampa airport (of course depending on the trafic). Also, very attentive and eager to accommodate hosts. Strongly recommend!

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our vacation. The condo is conveniently located and has plenty of room inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. If we visit Clearwater again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Dock Holiday is just perfect. Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. We got to see dolphins every morning in the cove. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Dock Holiday was Perfection

We loved our stay at Dock Holiday. The place was so cute, clean, and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our rental also included everything we needed for our vacation from washer and dryer, dishwasher, to extra blankets, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, wagon etc). If we come back to Clearwater, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!
