Centrally located 4 star Luxus apartment for your holiday

The Apartment Rosshütte (Top 3) accommodate at maximum of 4 adults, 2 children ( on the Sofa bed) and 1 baby. The Villa is a newly built house in modern Austrian style. It was built and equipped to a very high standard in compliance. This luxury apartment, with 100sqm offers its guests and freedom.

Your car can be parked in our covered garage, beside the Ski-room . From there you can enter directly the house.The apartment is served by a lift.

The size of the living room is approximately 35m² and has large windows - with a fantastic view, a spacious dining table, satellite TV, telephone, free internet access, a cozy gas fireplace and a spacious terrace furniture. On the balcony (with a door from the living room and the bedroom to reach) is a table with benches and chairs for outdoor dining - surrounded by the unique mountain panorama.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. It has two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with two single beds - equipped. The large living room - on the couch - can also stay two more children. On request, we can also provide you a Klapbett and / or cots available.

Furthermore, this apartment has two luxury bathrooms, each equipped with underfloor heating. Each bathroom has a shower, one or two sinks, a toilet and bidet. In one of the two bathrooms there is additionally a bathtub.

Super stay in Seefeld

This is a lovely property to stay in whilst in Seefeld. Easy walking into town, & supermarkets, to the station and the swimming pool. Clean, and well equipped and comfortable. Lots to do in the area, we especially liked the “Happy” chair lift and Moserer lake.

Austrian Skiing

Amazing from start to finish! From booking, pre travel, checking in, duration and departure everything was fabulous. Apartment itself was fantastic, great space for the 5 of us, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location in the village, close to restaurants, shops & ski slopes and easy access to additional ski areas to add variety to our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in a lovely property

We had a really wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Thank you so much for all your help - the food package as we arrived so late in the evening, the ability to leave our bags on the last day so that we could enjoy one more day of skiing and most of all a big thank you to Christian who kindly drove us to the airport to collect our bags when they finally arrived (!) and persuaded the airport staff to give them to us so that we didn’t miss too much of our holiday! Loved the space, super comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful Austrian Style Chalet

Beautiful Austrian Style Chalet right in the Seefeld mountain valley. Close walk to very cute Seefeld for awesome restaurants providing everything you need to have a fabulous vacation. The owners representatives tried to fix the several problems with floor heating, heated towel racks, fireplace and TV, but unfortunately they were not able to fix them before we left. This was dissappointing based on the overall cost of the unit. The ongoing maintenance of this flat needs to be checked before customers arrive. Based on the very poor response from the building maintenance manager, I would be looking for a new one!

Seefeld Urlaub

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis 10/10, v.a. die Lokalisation, man kann mit Kleinkinder sehr bequem in der Stadt spazieren und dann zu Fuß wieder zurück kommen, was für Seefeld enorm wichtig ist, denn das Parken in der Stadt ziemlich teuer ist. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn! Danke vielmals!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Lage der Villa Caroline ist perfekt - sehr zentral, nur zirka 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Seefeld und trotzdem ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist quasi vor der Haustür. Tiefgarge, beheizter Skiraum - alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, hochwertig, mit den hohen Räumen sehr grosszügig und total gemütlich. Das Kaminfeuer bringt eine heimelige Winterstimmung. Die Küche einwandfrei und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Die beiden Zimmer mit den zugehörigen Bädern (eines inklusiv Badewanne) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die Wohnung inkl. dem Service der Vermieter/Verwalter nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Amazing

Property was great, much bigger than expected. Comfy beds and plenty of space to sit on sofas and chairs in sitting area. Short five minute walk into town centre down a very slight incline. Great veranda to sit on with lovely morning sun.

Great location/Clean and comfy

Great communication from owner. They helped us figure out the entry when we got a little confused. The apartment has nice views and easy walking to restaurants in town. Parking garage is really nice to have when it snows.

Traum-Appartement für den Winterurlaub

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Weihnachtstage in Seefeld! Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig, blitzeblank und mit dem vielen Holz super gemütlich, sogar mit Gaskamin,aber insgesamt funktional ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht! Besonders herrlich ist es, wenn morgens die Sonne über die Berge kommt und in die grossen Fenster strahlt. Parken konnten wir unsern VW-Bus zum Ausladen vor der Tür und für die Dauer des Aufenthalts auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite auf einem Parkplatz. Ins Zentrum von Seefeld sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss-alles perfekt!

sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Der Check-in durch den Verwalter war sehr gut. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und es fehlte an nichts. Er hatte extra noch einen WLAN Cube mitgebracht, da das Haus WLAN nicht so stabil sei. Über den Cube konnten wir Netflix, Prime etc problemlos streamen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern und war top sauber. Sie ist sehr hellhörig und die Schlafzimmer liessen sich nur wenig verdunkeln. Die Betten waren fest und nicht durchgelegen. Die Küche war mit komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Da wir viel Regen hatten, mussten wir öfters mal TV schauen. Das Gerät ist viel zu klein, das sollte man mal tauschen. Der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr eng und nur etwas für einen Golf als für einen Kombi/SUV/Van. Vor der Tür sind keine Parkmögilchkeiten. Von der Wohnung aus kann man alles in der Stadt zu Fuss erreichen. Alles in allem eine Top Wohnung die allerdings auch ihren Preis hat. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Vacanza a Seefeld in Tirol

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso ed accogliente, completo di ogni comfort. Situato in una posizione incantevole, è comodo al centro del paese e al supermercato e gode di un panorama fantastico. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. La nostra valutazione è ottima, anche perché la descrizione rispecchia assolutamente l’appartamento. Noi assolutamente ritorneremo per goderne tutti i confort.

Prachtige vakantiewoning!

Zeer ruime en lichte woning. Prachtig afgewerkt. Volledig in orde. Fijn dat het hondje er bij kon zijn. Klein nadeel: aan drukke baan en helling om woning te bereiken. Was een beetje moeilijk voor een gezin met kinderen met een beperking.

Het appartement is erg mooi en compleet. Prachtig uitzicht. Schoon. Goede bedden. Centraal gelegen in het dorp ook vlakbij Spar en M-Prijs. Banken ingezakt en de WiFi valt regelmatig weg.

Favoloso appartamento! Lusso allo stato puro!!!

L´appartamento e´semplicemente un sogno! l´arredamento e´tipico tirolese, ma chic e raffinato. I bagni sono spaziosi e forniti di bidet!!!! il soggiorno ha una Vista spettacolare sulle montagne e ´ci e´piaciuto particolarmente il Terrazzo con la possibilita´di prendere il sole. il servizio e´stato puntuale ed efficiente. Molto pulito. Vacanza da ripetere!!!

Geweldig!

Wat een geweldig appartement! Ruim opgezet, fijne keuken, twee goed onderhouden badkamers en slaapkamers, mooi balkon met terrasmeubilair, dus bij mooi weer lekker buiten eten met een geweldig uitzicht! Op loopafstand van het dorpscentrum met gezellige terrasjes en leuke winkeltjes, twee mooie zwembaden en veel wandelmogelijkheden. Wij vonden het we heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader!

Traumhaft

Schweren Herzens sind wir wieder Zuhause angekommen, traumhaftes Wetter, toller Schnee und die super Ferienwohnung haben uns einen schönen Skiurlaub beschert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und werden wieder kommen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Monika ließ keine Wünsche offen. Grüße aus Stuttgart

Perfecte vakantie woning voor gezin Seefeld

Prachtig gelegen appartement in het mooie Seefeld. Goed bereikbaar, prima ontvangst door gastvrouw en alles tip-top schoon en netjes. Een heerlijke accommodatie om te verblijven en voorzien van een goede keuken met apparatuur, mooie slaapvertrekken met afzonderlijke douche/bad en een gezellige woonkamer met haard en prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en het dorp.

Perfect apartment in a wonderful setting

This was our second stay at Villa Caroline and, as the first time, we had a truly fantastic time. The accommodation is very well positioned, close enough to the town but nice and quiet, facilities are clean and of a very high standard with great kitchen (we ate in on a number of occasions), bathrooms and lots of storage space. Access to both slopes is easy via the ski bus system and we had 7 perfect days of weather for skiing. Booking, check in and out expertly handled by Karen & Monika, all in all highly recommended

I am reluctantly writing a good review for this place. Why? you ask. Well it is so lovely and perfect that everyone will want to stay here and we are looking forward to coming again! It is brilliant! well positioned for the town and the skiing. This really is a top notch apartment and thoroughly gets our recommendation.
