We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy but very accessible house. Comfortable beds and a washer and dryer. Walking distance to delicious pizza and park with toboggan and small ski run.

Pros: Mooi huis, met een leuke sfeer, genoeg ruimte. Veel spullen om te koken aanwezig. Gastvrije eigenaresse die ons alles uitlegde over de traplift. Cons: Goed om te weten als er iemand in een rolstoel zit: die kan wel zelfstandig naar buiten, maar als hij/zij alleen is niet ook zelfstandig naar binnen omdat de automatische deur dichtvalt en alleen te openen is met een vingerafdruk van de eigenaren. Andere optie is met een knopje boven de deur de stand op openhouden zetten, maar daar kan je vanuit de rolstoel niet bij. De gewone voordeur heeft een trapje dus vanuit de rolstoel geen optie om naar binnen te gaan. Woonkamer etc. zit op de bovenverdieping, rolstoeltoegankelijke slaapkamer en badkamer op de begane grond.

Ruhig und Entspannt aber trotzdem mitten in Igls

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus, das wenn es könnte, viele Geschichten erzählen kann. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für das Kennenlernen der wunderschönen Umgebung, ob nach Insbruck, ins Stubaital, auf die umliegenden Berge, zur Sprungschanze oder an den Lanser See zum Baden. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, vor allem Ruhe.

Uriges Haus

Pros: Riesiges, uriges Haus mit tollem alten Holzbalkon, von dem aus man gut Gewitter beobachten kann. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt zu Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Cons: Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Es waren noch Pfandflaschen und alte Kaugummis der vorherigen Besucher zu finden. Außerdem war es in den Zimmern sehr staubig. Aber die Küche war sauber. Durch die vielen Bücher der Besitzer fühlten wir uns ein bisschen wie Eindringlinge (die Vermieterin haben wir nur per Mail kennengelernt, was ja in Ordnung ist.)
