It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If reservations are canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, the funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are canceled within 30 days of arrival date the funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be forfeited.
