We enjoyed our stay at Terrance's house. The location directly across the street from one of DC's National Parks, part of the Fort Circle Park system, was a fabulous bonus (and we saw deer!). We were lucky to have mild November weather meaning that we could take advantage of the porch and sleep with the windows open. The house is comfortable. It's a good spot for exploring parts of Southeast & Northeast DC (EOTR). We went for lots of walks in the woods on the area trails and we bicycled along the Anacostia River Trail.
The house was clean and well furnished with washer and dryer that came in handy for an extended stay. Host was very responsive and proactively checking on us if we needed anything! Had a great time.
