A whole Suite with a Master Bedroom w/ California King Size Bed and a second Bedroom/LR w/ Two Large Sleeping Sofas in this Super comfortable private suite in Silver Spring Maryland near D.C. for $63. per night. It has independent entrance not having to go thru the house. Nice bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet.
First guest $63 / night, second guest $42. A home-like with Central AC & Heating atmosphere. Laundry available: Wash/Dryer & Soap. Only 1 mile from downtown Silver Spring, 10 miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. PROPERTY RULES:

From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in to near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key. FREE PARKING near the doors on the 24/7 camera surveyed secured concrete driveway.
CHECK OUT time is 11am; no need to rearrange the suite - the cleaning crew will do that and will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest; just make sure to not forget and leave belongins behind.
