Weekend getaway
House covered in animal hair. Was not cleaned in awhile. Vacuum cleaner was plugged with animal hair so my wife cleaned it so she could clean the bedroom.
Very cute little cabin! Beds were comfy. Great neighborhood. There was a bunch of snow and kids had a blast playing in the snow. Drive to flagstaff was only 20 minutes away. Great communication with the owners. They were very friendly and helpful. Great stay! Thank you!
Everything was good but the only thing is that there is not enough hot water
I don’t like that there’s not enough hot water in the property

Dirty and unsanitary! After we arrived to the cabin we took a look around. The beds were all made, however they all had black dog hair on them including the top bunk bed, the sheets had not been washed. There was clumps of dog hair in the bathrooms and along the baseboards. The dog hair was everywhere even on top if the washer and in the freezer. We had to wash all the bedding. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we had to run it. The fridge, freezer, and washer were dirty. There was frozen used milk in the freezer. The smoke detector went off the last night at 1:30 in the morning and there were no batteries in the cabin. My husband had to drive to Flagstaff to find a battery and wasn't able to get back and get the smoke detector to stop going off until 3am. The cabin also has a mouse. In the guest bathroom there is mouse feces on the bathroom towels in the cabinet and also in the silverware drawers in the kitchen. There was also a used toothbrush by the night stand in the guest bedroom floor. This can cause serious harm to humans and is disgusting. Several of the window locks do not lock, so it was uneasy leaving our things in the cabin and sleeping. There is also mold in the master shower. This cabin had not been cleaned. This sounds unbelievable, however I have attached photos. The host gave us a refund for the cleaning fee and battery, but would not refund any night's.
Beautiful, clean and quiet little place. Lots of extra space, little things like boxes of tissues, detergent to wash clothes and comfy beds! The only draw back was the location says 10 miles from Sedona. It’s not, it takes 45 min to drive to Sedona from here! Besides that, it was an awesome house with lots of comfortable exyras.

Hey Rachel, sorry to hear about the mixup with Sedona distance. We’ve had that problem on both Airbnb and VRBO miscalculating that difference. I’ll submit a ticket to VRBO to fix that.
Property is exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and the property owner was very easy to get in touch with. Great location if you’re visiting Sedona, Flagstaff and the parks in the area.
A friend and I shared this house, and her one observation was that the floors were super clean, no dirt on her socks from walking in the house. The house is super clean and tidy, everything works, instructions are clear, and its a nice quiet spot.
This place has everything needed so you don't need to buy extra stuff for staying.
We were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids total. Every couple slept in a room, and all kids slept in the other room.
Check-in was very easy, the location is a little bit far from downtown but is easy to get there. This is a very good option to have a nice place to sleep, rest and have some good time with your people if you came to Flagstaff in a plan of tourist, visit places and be outside most of the day. Is nice that is one floor and you can be very close to all the people.
The water temperature works with a water warmer and it can handle 2 baths for too long, but knowing this you can just organize the showers.
The host is very kind, they let stuff for you in the kitchen.

Beautiful and clean cabin for a perfect getaway trip
This cabin in Munds park was one of the best for a 2-3 days getaway trip up the mountain. Very well stocked kitchen pantry . The place was quite roomy for a family of 6-8 with 3 rooms. The wifi and TV was all well connected. Most importantly this cabin is located in a very quite and serene neighborhood and you would not regret even a minute for finding and booking this one. We enjoyed solo and family walks around up and down the hill roads in the white and green Mongolian rim. Not far from the I-17 free way. I would surely stay here again.
We had such an amazing time at this location. The place was clean and the host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Would recommend to stay here.
We will definitely come back again.place is great for family stay and we did not have any issue during our stay..Host is easy to contact and responds right away
We had a wonderful time, the place was beautiful the area was very quiet and easy to get around. This is the first time we use verbo and i will use it again!
Such a wonderful experience. Cozy and set out away from the loud daily life but close enough to enjoy Flagstaff. The kids loved the escape. Thank you for the open communication and sharing your home with us.
This was a beautiful cozy cabin. Very clean. Roomy. Abundance of amenities. Location was great. Close to hiking trails and Flagstaff. We definitely would stay again. Thank you. We had a great time.
