The large south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight & twinkling stars into the great room & kitchen area. The primary bedroom is downstairs & 2 bedrooms plus a loft/office & full bathroom are upstairs. An extended & oversized front patio (with wrap-around deck & gas grill) makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Child & pet friendly. Upgrades included granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, beautiful/rustic real-wood floors, 50" smart TV with soundbar & blue ray player (w movies), jetted tub in master, gas fireplace with stone front, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout. Plus, home is pet and child friendly - numerous toys, gates for the stairway, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available upon request. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a change of clothes and a toothbrush!

Large dual-pane south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight, and stars into the great room/kitchen area. Primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms plus loft/office& full bathroom upstairs. Extended and oversized front patio with partially covered wrap-around deck (with gas grill). Beautiful curb appeal with large boulders surrounding a spring run-off creek that wraps around the house. Open lot behind home offers additional privacy. This home will not disappoint.

Community Information: Wonderful playground, tennis courts, golf, basketball, clubhouse w/ workout facility and restaurant, community lake, hiking trails and Munds canyon are within a short walk from the home. Downtown Flagstaff is approximately 20 miles north and Sedona is approximately 40 miles to the southwest (great views of Sedona can be seen from a popular Munds Park hiking trail called Crystal Point). Snowbowl, one of the premier ski resorts in Arizona, is approximately 45 minutes from Munds Park. The Coconino National Forest surrounds Munds Park and provides nearly unlimited hiking, mountain bike, snowmobile, and ATV trails. Munds Park is approximately 90 miles to Phoenix - an easy drive and escape!

I spent two wonderful weeks here, and totally enjoyed my time. The owner was great to work with. This is an ideal place for exploring both Flagstaff and Sedona. The wrap around porch was a glorious way to smell the high mountain air, read a book, and grill a dinner. The cozy cabin atmosphere added a lot of that “up north” feel. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts! We love to hike, bike, ski, play sports – basically we enjoy all outdoor activities. We purchased the home to escape to the mountains whenever possible. We have small children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like. Hence, we've decided to rent the property to provide quality guests a wonderful home to enjoy in our absence. Please note that I am a licensed broker/realtor in Arizona. We love the small, quiet community feel and the proximity to so many places (Phoenix, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, etc). We enjoy the activities that the bordering national forest, trails, lake and golf course offer. We also love the fact that it is conveniently located between Flagstaff & Sedona - 2 great cities that offer very different environments and experiences.
