About this property

Located in # 6 golf community, close to First Health Moore Regional Hospital.

Our new nicely decorated apartment has a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa, free WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player, dvds, games and books. The bathroom has a double head shower and a Jacuzzi tub. On the large private deck you can enjoy breakfast or a relaxing adult beverage in the evening sun.
The fully stocked kitchen space includes a refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a toaster oven.
The apartment has no shared spaces and is attached to the main house.
Easy keyless in and out.
Enter through the "Sonne Garten" gate to a private entrance on the back of the house. Guest parking available .
You will enjoy your own fenced in Garden. But please note that there is a dog on our side of the fence. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN BOOKING IF YOU NEED THE SECOND BED.

Great Neighborhood

Perfect stay for golf and exploring the Pinehurst area. The place was well laid out and ideal for our needs, great attention to detail, the owners thought of everything!

Great Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for a quick trip before my teenage son played golf the following day. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for what we needed. The owner was great to work with and we look forward to coming back!

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy studio apartment! It’s the perfect blend of comfort and privacy, being attached to the house yet feeling like your own little retreat.
