This Newly remodeled NON SMOKING upper level luxury Villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway or for anyone looking for a great golf vacation. Conveniently located between Pinehurst and Southern Pines this location offers fine dining, pub fare and breweries within a few miles of the Villa. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer and deck that overlooks the reservoir park with hiking and biking trails. Clubhouse with pool and a grill for ordering snacks and lunch. The Pavilion on the property has a fireplace, outdoor grills, cornhole and plenty of outdoor seating and dining.

It was a wonderful cozy home. It had a well equipped kitchen. It felt like home, with seasonal decorations. I loved the location, especially the walking trail on the lake. Also the great shower in the master bathroom. If you are a golfer, it is the perfect location. Very relaxing after a round of golf. My communication with Lisa (the host) was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend.

relaxed reunion

Excellent condo and immaculately kept. We enjoyed the series of walking/biking trails around the lake. The weather was perfect this October. The access to a food vendor, or access to various restaurants are too numerous to mention. We found ourselves in the town of Southern Pines most often, but Harris Teeter( Kroger) grocery stores were spaced evenly in three directions to prepare a meal. The kitchen is well stocked, and the host was courteous to leave water, eggs and libations. Bring your pillow and enjoy.

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, with several nice amenities that were not promised. I had very little contact with lisa, but that was my choice. She was responsive to every request, but left us alone otherwise as we would like. My only suggestion would be to add a small sitting area downstairs for taking off and putting on our footwear

Loved our stay here! The home was comfortable and well-stocked. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is perfect for golfing, shopping, and the Pinehurst Resort Spa is close by too! We enjoyed cooking some of our meals, walking the trail loop, and just relaxing in the evenings. We didn’t get to use the outdoor pavilion, but made note to enjoy it next time! Lisa was so attentive and helpful for our every need. We will be back!

Booked this last minute while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. The pictures do not give this place justice. Amazingly furnished and decorated. Great location at the golf course. Plenty of room for my wife and daughters. Only thing I would suggest is more than 2 pillows for the master king bed. The wife didn't want to share!

Home Away from Home!

This was a last-minute decision for us and Lisa was very accommodating...allowed us to check in within hours of contacting her and she was always responsive. The villa is even nicer than the online photos. It was clean, well maintained, warm, cozy and had all the necessities one would need away from home. It will be our home away from home when we visit the area again!!
