Dishes should be washed after use. -No smoking (Fines of $250 charged to Guest) - No Incense of any sort (Fines of $250 charged to Guest) - No Pets - No parties or events allowed. No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway. A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am
