Private Cottage with Pool

The Pool house is private, next to pool, patio, & in the backyard. Nice decor. Good sized bathroom with shower. Coffee maker, mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, & queen platform bed. Space is narrow (10 ft) & ideal for 1 or 2 adults. There is also a single cot. Minutes from Perdido Key (about 10 - 15 min) & Pensacola beaches (about 25-30 min. depending on traffic and if the bridge from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze is down, a detour is required & it takes longer) & military base (about 5 - 10 min). Local tv & normally has Wifi. Closeness to pool requires strict diligence by parents of children present. Security includes an outdoor security camera, and smoke detector.

PERFECT PLACE

The location is PERFECT! and the check in and out is so easy. I am there to visit with my mother, it's a great place to stay even for a vacation. The location is perfect to ALL beaches and restaurants. The place has everything you need and is a great size.

My preteen daughter and I stayed for a weekend and we were busy during the daytime but enjoyed waking up to morning swims in the pool. Owner was very kind and welcoming. Very clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

Weekend fishing trip

I liked it, I would stay here again for sure. It was clean and comfortable. A quiet neighborhood, away from the hubbub and night life with parking right in front. Nice and quiet day and night. Plenty of stores nearby if needed. Only a short drive to the shore.

Clean place, cozy, pool is very nice. They are very nice and welcoming people and if you have any questions they help immediately or as soon as they can, I loved it overall! My favorite place I’ve been! I will definitely book again! I will note for no confusion, if you are looking for a place with a stove/kitchen it’s not your place only since it’s a pool house but we had no issues at all! 10/10!!

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility and the pool. Communication was great and was accurate. One area that needs attention is improved air conditioning. We appreciate that the owner already had it going but the room never felt cool. Made it hard to get rest being so warm.

PERFECT PLACE

This is my 2nd or 3rd time staying and it is PERFECT!!! Great location to any and everything - BEACHES - RESTAURANTS - ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF! My (80 yr old) mother lives there and it's just easier having my own place to stay not to disturb her and her husband. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, I get up around 5:15am to go to beach a do my daily 4 mile walk and come back to start the day. IT'S ROUGHLY 10 MINS FROM PERDIDO KEY BEACH AND 10 MINS FROM MY MOTHERS! THE POOL & BACK YARD ARE A BONUS - check in and out is almost too easy and the place is stocked with everything you could need. LOVE IT! and you WILL TOO

Wonderful little spot to stay. Had a difficult time with the doorknob so we had to use the bathroom door to get out. The television is stated that local channels were accessible but all we could get was Netflix and Amazon.

Thank you for your comments. The Pool House is, of course in the back of the main house. That is where pool houses are. We rent out at nearly 100% and 99.9% love the bed but we do have an egg crate that we keep to put on if anyone requests it. If the guest had requested it, we would have quickly put it on there. :)
