The check in was a little dicey because somehow VRBO sent me a wrong code for the door but Cynthia was fantastic , Other issue was my fault on getting my laptop set up . Once I figured out where to park it was fine but once again that was my fault. Room was fantastic other than one thing the last people that stayed there left their dirty dishes in the dishwasher and we ran it to clean theirs. Rooms were plenty large and was extremely comfortable, would recommend it to anybody and we go every year to Pensacola to see daughter and grandkids so I will definitely contact again for next year.

This was our first stay in downtown Pensacola (we normally stay on the beach) and it did not disappoint! The Gadsden is perfectly located near downtown and all that it has to offer and having Maria's just steps away is an added bonus! The property was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with all we needed. We will surely be back for another stay!

We enjoyed the cottage! Location was great! When we arrived the previous guest trash was still in the kitchen! Found lots of long hairs in various places!! Including bed! We washed sheets and put them back on bed!

The house was beautiful inside and out. Very rooming. Air conditioning was great! We cooked multiple meals with utensils and seasonings at the unit. There's a hair dryer there and I had forgotten one. I was very glad!! We will definitely book this property again. The property was very quite no issues with road noise. Maria seafood market was absolutely great. We eat there one night and purchased red snapper and gulf shrimp, cooked it that same night. Looking forward to are next trip to Pensacola.

The cottage was very nice, clean and quiet. I am leaving an "Okay" rating because there was an issue with check-in and the owner did not respond to texts or voicemails so I had to call VRBO customer service to have them contact the owner. (We gained access an hour after the check-in time.) The owner did finally call us and apologized for the issue and allowed an extended check out; however we were only there for one day and had to leave early the next day so we couldn't take advantage of the late check-out.Also, the sofa bed seemed to have been damaged by prior guests and was difficult to pull out and in. Guests were asked to do "light sweeping" as part of the check-out process. (We spend the month of October at a beach and have never been asked to do that before.) The instructions indicate it was due to the type of flooring.So, all in all it was an "okay" stay for us.

Great little ‘hideaway’

Spent a wonderful week, very spacious for my husband and I. We lacked for nothing- full kitchen, large bedroom and living space. We loved the design and decor- great parking and close to everything and anything. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. If Pensacola is your vacation destination…grab this one
