3 Independent Bedrooms with their private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) Private toilet, 4 Flat screen TVs and decoder, individually adjustable air conditioning. Linen included: bed linen, 1 large towel + a small one + shower mat + 2 kitchen towels

Beautiful open kitchen fully equipped: electric cooking, oven, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, drying rack…

2 terraces: north side one of 80m² sea view in front of the living room and one of the bedrooms and south side at the back of the house

Parking in front of the house: very convenient for luggage and shopping.

Linen included: bed linen, 1 large towel + a small one/pers. + shower mat + 2 kitchen towels
Sufficient hot water even when the 3 showers work together

You are 5 minutes from Lumio and its fascinating abandoned village of Occi, 10 minutes from Calvi (13 km) and Ile Rousse (11km), Beautiful location to enjoy all the Balagne.
The magnificent and unspoilt coast of Balagne offers you an alternation of rocks, coves and sandy beaches. The maquis and the mountains at the gates of Sant Ambroggio will allow you to leave our house for beautiful walks or bike rides on the "Pointe de Spano" (a protected maritime natural site) and this along the coastal paths.

You can find other activities in Calvi and Ile Rousse and to vary the pleasures, you can take a small tourist train that runs along the coast and serves all the beaches of Balagne (station 200m from the house)

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison superbe et très fonctionnelle. Très jolie déco. Sonia l'hotesse est très accueillante. Bon emplacement, moitié chemin entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse. A recommander.
