A Few Mountain Notes
Wildlife is part of the charm—bear sightings are not uncommon, so please keep vehicles locked and free of food or trash.
Chateau de Fleurs sits atop a steep mountain road. During late fall, winter, and early spring, four-wheel drive or tire chains are strongly recommended. Roads are maintained but can be steep and winding. We suggest trip insurance if traveling during these seasons. No refunds are issued due to road conditions.
Whether you're here to celebrate, unwind, or simply breathe in the mountain air, Chateau de Fleurs offers a warm welcome, unforgettable views, and the kind of Smoky Mountain hospitality that makes you feel like you’ve come home.

About the host
Hosted by Victoria Hahn
Our family has owned this property since 1990. We previously were listed for rental with Chalet Village, Inc for almost 30 years. When Chalet Village, Inc was sold to an outside company we decided to manage our property ourselves.
Why they chose this property
After spending over a decade visiting Gatlinburg with our family, we fell in love with the beauty, peace, and timeless charm of the Smokies. In 1990, we decided to make this special place a permanent part of our lives by purchasing Chateau de Fleurs—a mountain home where memories could be made and shared.
From the moment we stepped into the chalet, we knew it was more than just a house—it was a retreat. A place to slow down, reconnect, and take in the breathtaking views that never get old. Over the years, we've poured our hearts into maintaining and enhancing the space, and we take great pride in sharing it with guests from near and far.
Whether you're here for adventure, celebration, or quiet reflection, we hope Chateau de Fleurs offers the same sense of peace and belonging that it has given our family for generations. It’s our joy to welcome you with true Smoky Mountain hospitality.
