Beautiful historic home and fantastic location.

Robert could not have been a better host! The home was so lovely and beautifully appointed and he was very responsive during our stay. Staying at this home in this charming neighborhood was a big part of our fabulous time in Charleston!

Wonderful weekend!

This home was perfect for girls weekend to enjoy the Cooper River Bridge Run! The neighborhood is a cozy and charming gem of Charleston and the house was beautifully decorated with several great gathering areas. Loved having a driveway for the two cars as well.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time in Charleston staying at this beautiful home. It worked perfectly for our family of 3. Robert was a great host and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the rockers on the side porch more than we thought we would. Quiet neighborhood with some of the typical late noise of local college kids coming home from the bars but didn’t keep us awake. Nice to have parking and Uber was so easy and quick. Recommend!

Excellent home in Charleston!

We had a fantastic weekend in Charleston. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very cute and is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I would stay again on a return trip to Charleston!

Perfect Charleston stay!

Amazing location, great space for a group of friends. The place was gorgeous and everything was walkable or a short Uber. So many cute restaurants and shops nearby. Loved every second!

Charming Charleston

The charm and comforts of this historic home are outstanding. This house is also situated between two phenomenal restaurants, the location is ideal for those who enjoy exceptional dining options. Robert's extreme accommodation to all of our needs made our stay even more special, leaving us eager to return and spend more time in Charleston. We loved everything.

Lovely Downtown Charleston Historic Home

This property was the perfect backdrop to our Charleston visit! It is in a great location downtown, easily walkable to King Street and other neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and tastefully updated while maintaining that classic southern charm. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Robert was a gracious and accommodating host, and communication could not have been easier. Would absolutely recommend for your next Charleston visit!

Cute Charleston Stay!

Loved this place! It was clean, the beds were so comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with! An added plus was the bedrooms were pretty much all the same, so there was no fighting over rooms. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends when they come to Charleston!

This is a perfect little house.

The house is very cozy. We love that all the bedrooms have king size beds with nice linens. It is very walkable to everything on King Street and downtown Charleston. The host is very pleasant to deal with and allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of travel. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Great location/great house

We spent a long weekend in Charleston and the house we stayed in was perfect for our stay. The location was close enough that we were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. We also got in a run to coopers river bridge (just under 5 miles to the middle). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great!

Bookclub Reunion

Wonderful place for friends to enjoy time together. I have been to Charleston before, but never in a house. It was so lovely to be in a great neighborhood, sit on the porch and relax. Walk into town was easy, but Ubers were also easy to get. This house is a charming piece of Charleston!

Charming home in the perfect location

Lovely home in the historic district and close to all of Charleston's attractions. Comfortable walking distance to King Street. The home was clean, beautifully decorated keeping the historic charm, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs with king size beds. Very comfortable living space for a family of four with teenagers. Highly recommend this property and would rent again for our next Charleston adventure!

Charming, beautiful, clean, cool!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. I absolutely loved the neighborhood (seemed hip yet quiet, charming, convenient, beautiful). We were able to walk everywhere. The house itself was gorgeous. It felt both upscale and comfortable! It had lots of charm and character, and we loved the side porch complete with rocking chairs. The king beds were very comfortable, and the host set up a pack n play for our one year old. Check in and check out were a breeze. I just wish we were there longer! Hope to stay here again!

Did not disappoint

Beautiful home located in the perfect neighborhood if you’re wanting to explore Charleston. The host was fantastic and communicated promptly. He asked if there was anything that he could do to help my stay that much better, I requested coffee and he made sure I had the best coffee in town! This house is gorgeous it’s put together perfectly the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need for cooking.

Friends Get Together

We loved the location, the spacious outdoors, and the beautiful historic home! It was the perfect amount of space for three couples celebrating a birthday. There are many great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks that are worth a visit. I accidentally left a few articles of clothing that Robert helped get back. He went out of his way to ensure we got our clothes back; I appreciated him above to help us. I hope other occupants enjoy the stay as much as we did!

Engagement Party Weekend in Charleston

My Friends and I booked here because we were looking for a nice place to stay for an engagement party in Charleston. The location was walking distance from almost everything. The house / property itself embodied the unique charm of Charleston. The outdoor area was great for group photos and congregating before events. The host, Robert, was extremely helpful, easy going and a pleasure to communicate with. We’ll definitely try to book the same space come the wedding next year. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience Charleston under any circumstance.

Beautiful Charleston Stay!!!

This house has ALL the charm and character that you would wish for when staying in the heart of Charleston! Exposed brick, built in bookcases, gorgeous hardwood floors & fireplace with so much detail on the mantle. It’s like going back in time. Kitchen has a island that makes it so nice to prepare a meal. Our family loved having dinner in the elegant dining room. My 12 year old said she felt like a princess. The bedrooms are so open and airy! The house has several places to spread out and be comfortable. You can relax on back patio with a glass of wine or while sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch. My daughter loved the little reading nook! My husband enjoyed naps on the comfy couch. We all slept so peacefully…beds are super comfortable. Owners were great and so accommodating. We really look forward to another stay at this beautiful house.

Lifers do Charleston !

We loved Charleston! Great neighbourhood, so many coffee shops and Vern’s across the street is a MUST so make sure to book ahead. One helpful suggestion is to let guests know as they book up far in advance. They were so kind and got us in at the bar which was amazing and intimate. We will be back! There are many neighbourhood gems which would be so fun to put into a highlight page for future guests to show off this great hood and City! There are two friendly floppy eared Dobermans on property behind a gate (just so you are not surprised) and by the end of the trip I just wanted them to join us on our side. They were adorable and just wanted our chips and perhaps a glass of wine. A set of six wine glasses would be nice! We were granted a later check out so I am sure Robert does accommodate when able! Thank you!

cute house but not very accommodating and owner curt in communication

We arrived on Thursday in the evening. had great instructions and checked in without issue. there was garbage left on the upstairs landing that we discarded. On saturday night we arrived back to house and noticed that a bike was missing. My husband went to look in the garage (that was unlocked and open) to make sure it was there. neighbor started banging on window and then we received a message from the owner basically accusing us of going into a locked non rental area (that was unlocked and open) and when we responded and explained we were just assuring the bike was not stolen as we did not want to be responsible for it.; the owner provided no response or apology . the following morning we asked to be able to keep our luggage at the house for a few hrs in am (check out is 10) as our flight was not until later afternoon. we were told we could only keep luggage for 1 hr no exceptions as the cleaners could not come any later. we rushed back at 11 and no cleaners were there. we waited on our uber to arrive for 15 mins and still no cleaners. just felt the owner was not very accommodating or appreciative that we were looking out for his property. our uber driver informed us that there is a baggage concierge that can be used we could have used, it would be helpful for future residents to have this information available. just felt he was curt and rude.
