The Place: This Charleston Charmer is located in the coveted South of Broad / Harleston Village location.  Situated in the heart of downtown, right across from Colonial Lake, a short walk to King Street, MUSC, Roper Hospital, College of Charleston, and right around the corner from the some of the best shopping, galleries, museums, and restaurants in Chucktown!  Also nearby:  marinas and tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts!  Ten minute walk to The Battery and White Point Garden.  Truly one of the best locations in downtown!  30 day + rental only.  Scheduled housekeeping required 2x/month. Pets must be pre-approved.



The Space: Recently renovated and beautifully appointed 2bd/3 bath townhouse.  Very spacious and comfortable.  First floor:  comfortable living room, large full kitchen with dining room, half bath.  Second floor:  2 bedrooms - each with queen beds and luxurious bedding, 3 private full baths, laundry.  Equipped with basic household items and more.  Central AC/Heat.  Grass field out front and off street parking for two in back.  Filled with love and peace!

The townhouse is in a great location near the Jasper and Burbages Grocery. We walked everywhere. Tara was very responsive and helped us with anything that came up.
