Nous avons passé un séjour très décevant dans cette location. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons ressenti un manque total de respect de la part des propriétaires, intrusifs et constamment présents, la piscine se trouve juste devant les propriétaires ce qui a rendu impossible toute intimité. Pire encore, nous avons été témoins de comportements et de propos clairement déplacés et discriminatoires, ce qui est inacceptable, surtout dans un cadre censé offrir repos et hospitalité. Ce logement ne correspond en rien à l’esprit d’accueil attendu pour des vacances, et je ne le recommande absolument pas.

Séjour à Frejus

Location très agréable, très propre, en tout point conforme au descriptif, avec en plus des propriétaires d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement absolu, tout en restant extrêmement discrets, un merveilleux séjour grâce à eux aussi! La piscine et la climatisation étaient les bienvenues par cette semaine extrêmement chaude. Très bon séjour dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir !

Sympathisch, aber für mehr als 2 Personen leider nicht geeignet.

Wir waren im August bei schönem Wetter hier. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich - dafür gäbe es 5 Sterne. Auch der Pool ist super und gepflegt - auch hierfür 5 Sterne. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft kein echtes Ferienhaus und darüber waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Man kommt auf das wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll angelegte Grundstück, sieht das große Haus hinter dem Pool und denkt: Ja, alles richtig gemacht. Bis man dann nicht in das schöne Haus, sondern nebenan in den Anbau geführt wird. Vermieter wohnen "Haus an Haus" heißt leider: Vermieter im Haupthaus, Mieter in der ausgebauten Garage (wir vermuten, dass es mal die Garage war) direkt nebendran. Und die war nicht besonders groß. Das Zimmer für unseren Sohn erinnerte an den 7 1/2 Stock aus dem Film "Being John Malkovich" - es gab hier keine einzige Stelle, wo unser 9jähriger (geschweige denn wir) hätten stehen können. Das Zimmer hatte einmal durch eine mega große Schräge. Skuril mutete dann an, dass in der Ecke ein Tisch und ein Stuhl eingebaut waren. Wir fragen uns jetzt noch, wer da sitzen soll. Das Bad ist winzig und niedrig. Selbst bei normaler Körpergröße (1,65m) stößt man sich ständig den Kopf. Sprich, der 20cm größere Familienvater konnte in dem Bereich nur geduckt laufen (und hatte dann nach kurzer Zeit "Rücken"). Das Schlafzimmer ist schön, die Matratze sehr gut. Hier kann man stehen und die Klimaanlage läuft sehr gut. Die Küche ist OK, wenn auch die Ausstattung an einer Hand abgezählt ist. Sprich, die vorhandene Spülmaschine bekommt man nicht voll. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Sitzgelegenheit. Sofa möchte man hier nicht sagen, denn es war eine zusammengeklappte Matratze mit Rost und Überzug. Selbst unser Kind konnte nur grade so drauf sitzen. Bequem ist etwas anderes. Die Toilette war winzig und ohne Lüftung - darin brach einem nach kurzer Zeit der Schweiß aus. Parken auf dem Grundstück ging auch nur zum Ausladen - ansonsten draußen vor bzw. neben dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter haben sich bemüht, viel unterwegs zu sein. Aber trotzdem hat man sich täglich mehrfach in direkter Nähe gesehen und konnte praktisch auch nicht wirklich ungesehen in den Pool oder sonst dort "privat" herumlaufen. Deshalb fühlten wir uns leider die ganze Zeit als Gast und nicht als Mieter. Das war alles in allem sehr schade. Zusammengefasst: Wenn man zu zweit ist und praktisch nur unterwegs, dann ist das Domizil völlig in Ordnung.

tout est faux, lire les appréciations des locataires précédents et suivants. ce locataire a une raison précise de nous en vouloir pour une autre raison par contre ils ont reçu presque tous les jours leurs amis (3 personnes) sans qu'on leur dit quoi que ce soit et ils ont pu également utiliser la piscine !!!

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wohnen Haus an Haus. Der Pool der zur verfügung steht, ist wichtig bei grosser Hitze. Für uns war es dann doch ein wenig weit weg vom Meer. Konnten die Tage aber trotzdem sehr geniessen.
