Welcome to our peaceful holiday home near Saint-Aygulf – ideal for relaxing days on the Côte d’Azur.

The house is located in a well-kept Provençal residence with a pool and accommodates up to four guests. With around 80 m² of living space, it offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and air conditioning for pleasant temperatures, even in high summer.

A particular highlight is the private terrace with a small garden area. It is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning, unwind after a day at the beach or end the evening with a glass of wine.

The beach of Saint-Aygulf is about 4 km away and can be reached quickly by car. Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël are also within easy reach for day trips along the Côte d’Azur. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants, cycling and walking trails, as well as the Les Étangs de Villepey nature reserve with its lagoon, footpaths and opportunities for nature watching.

Our holiday home is especially suited to guests looking for a quiet, well-kept place to stay with a terrace, pool and convenient location – close enough to the sea, yet pleasantly set back from the bustle of the coast.

Zusammen mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter haben wir knapp 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus von Thomas verbracht. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Er war sehr gut erreichbar und hat Fragen sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes schnell beantwortet. Er hatte sogar extra einen Kinderhochstuhl für unsere Tochter bereitgestellt und lieh uns Sandschaufeln für unsere Tochter aus. Wir nutzten den Gemeinschaftspool gerne als kleine Erfrischung am Nachmittag nach dem Strandbesuch. Es waren alle nötigen Reinigungsmittel und -geräte vorhanden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Anlage mit Pool in ruhiger Umgebung, super Lage, Einkaufsladen und sehr guter Bäcker per Fuß zu erreichen, toller Strand in 10 Minuten per Auto, Naturschutzgebiet direkt gegenüber, In jedem Raum Klimaanlage, ideal für eine Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr geeignet für Tierhaarallergiker. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber wurde mir versichert, dass bisher keine Haustiere im Haus waren. Ich hatte überhaupt keine Probleme und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett und völlig problemfrei, sowohl vor der Anfahrt als auch bei der Abfahrt. Die sehr ruhige Anlage kann man über eine Toranlage betreten bzw. befahren und man parkt direkt vor dem Haus mit Garten. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zu Hause auch benötigt. Wir durften alles benutzen, selbst die Gewürze in der Küche. Es gab in fast allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage, die wir im Mai noch nicht benötigt haben, aber im Sommer bestimmt hilfreich ist. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind um die Ecke und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Bett war groß und für uns perfekt. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen.

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, auch schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit umfangreicher und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Der Vermieter stand uns mit Ratschlägen und Tipps persönlich zur Seite, und hat uns wie private Gäste behandelt, d.h. wir durften praktisch alles nutzen, auch teils private Ausstattung des auch selbst genutzten Ferienhauses. Die Anlage, in der das Haus liegt ist sehr gut gepflegt, ruhig, abgeschlossen. Ein sehr sauberer Gemeinschaftspool ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Es ist sicherlich ein Ort, den wir nochmals besuchen werden, vielleicht nicht nochmal im Juli/August, da dann die Temperaturen sehr hoch sind und die Orte sehr voll sind. Dank guter Klimaanlage war dies im Haus oder nachts zum schlafen kein Problem.

Charmante maison où nous avons séjournés 10 jours dans une belle résidence au calme avec belle piscine. Tout confort avec Climatisation, salon de jardin, machine à laver, bonne connexion internet (pour ceux qui comptent travailler)... Très bon accueil avec le propriétaire et bon suivi avec la voisine. Je recommande à 100% et j'y retournerais avec plaisir

Je tiens à m’exprimer infiniment J’ai loué cette villa sur Abritel. Quand je suis arrivé, j’ai été reçu par le propriétaire très sympathique. il nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de machine à laver etc. mais je tiens vraiment à m’exprimer sur cette ville là d’une propreté rare la climatisation Dean chaque pièce

Hallo, unser Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war im Hochsommer natürlich sehr warm und auch sehr voll. Die sehr gute Klimaanlage in dem Haus war unsere Rettung🙂, sehr gute Betten, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Hausübergabe erfolgte durch die nette Nachbarin und die Rückgabe direkt an den deutschen Vermieter. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und sauber mit großem Gemeinschaftspool, eigener Parkplatz, private Terrasse und Garten. Bäcker und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke Wir würden wiederkommen...
