OCEAN FRONT condo in beautiful Wildwood Crest. This condo is a third floor, direct ocean front end unit so you can sit outside and enjoy the incredible view without being disturbed by people walking past. This is a smoke free unit.

The bedroom has a queen bed and very sturdy bunks consisting of two twin mattresses. (Guests must provide their own linens and towels ) There is plenty of drawer space and newly updated plank flooring. The kitchen is well stocked and has a 2 burner cooktop, microwave oven, plenty of extras and a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig. The bathroom is completely updated. It is clean and bright with a tub and shower combo. The sitting room is tastefully decorated consisting of a couch, love seat, coffee and end tables, Smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Hulu is provided for viewing, live TV, sports, kids programing, and streaming shows. The dining table is conveniently placed next to the window so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you prefer to dine “Al fresco” Summer Sands boasts several decks with *tables and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy. The property also has many sun loungers, two heated swimming pools, 6 gas grills and an elevator for your convenience. This condo comes with a one car assigned parking spot.

*deck furniture and pools are seasonal use only; one grill remains available during non-prime season.

Take advantage of the Jitney in the summer months to ride to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and many wonderful restaurants. Then return to the quiet location of the Summer Sands away from the crowds. Relax on the balcony at the end of the day watching the waves.

This condo was as represented, comfortable and afforded a great oceanfront vista. The corner balcony provided a quiet place to overlook the beach. The owners were quickly responsive to any comments sent to them. The elevator is a plus for anyone who has difficulty with stairs and is close to the parking space. We had a very pleasant few days and would consider returning in the future.

Clean, comfortable condo in a great location (we stayed during an event at the convention center). Great hosts who made us feel at home with many nice touches throughout...beautiful direct view of the ocean and sunrises. Parking spot was super convenient for loading and unloading and the condo had all of the necessary essentials for our stay plus lots of helpful info about the area. Condo complex felt quiet, family-friendly, and safe. We would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling to Wildwood.

A great beachfront apartment

The location is great! It's 1.5 miles north to the boardwalk and twenty steps from the beach. We appreciated the chocolates that Brian and Trish welcomed us with on arrival, as well as the fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect Spot!

Perfect Easter getaway!
