Apartment with a balcony in the village

A 35-square-meter apartment located in the heart of a traditional Baujue farmhouse, featuring one bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a small bathroom, and a balcony.
The farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village; you can easily walk to the bakery, supermarket, restaurant, and playground.
Renovation of the rest of the farmhouse is currently underway. There are 3 units in total within the farmhouse.
Shared parking for all 3 units.
Accommodation
Access is through the barn (spiral staircase) via a private entrance.
The living area features a BZ-style sofa bed (140x190) with a high-quality mattress.
A small, pleasant balcony overlooks the entrance courtyard with views of the surrounding mountains, the pond, and the village houses.
The apartment was designed using eco-friendly materials by local artisans and us. We chose to give many of the apartment’s items a second life, except for the bed, the bathroom fixtures, and the kitchen cabinets, which are new. For many years now, we’ve been committed to an ecological transition: gardening, small-scale animal husbandry (chickens, a cockerel, and sheep—though not this year due to construction), composting, recycling, eco-friendly hygiene and cleaning products, canning, and more...
You can also enjoy the back of the garden, which features a fire pit and a table with chairs.
Guest access
Access to the accommodation is through the barn; a foosball table is available for the three units in the house. The barn is available for everyone to use. A laundry room with a bathroom (currently under renovation) is available for all three units. A washing machine and dryer will be available for the units.
The courtyard, which serves as a parking area for the three units, is gravel. It cannot be expanded, so please park diagonally against the wall to ensure everyone has a spot.
Other notes
The back of the garden is accessible to all three units; a table, chairs, and a fire pit are available for everyone’s use. The treehouse in the apple tree is private. The vegetable garden is for our family. We have a chicken coop with about ten hens and a cockerel. You can buy fresh eggs (organic feed).
