Tall glass windows in the living room allow for an incredible panoramic view of some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, and the balcony that spans the length of the home only makes it better. Plus, ornate details like subway-tiled walk-in showers, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and granite countertops throughout only add to the luxe feel of the home. Cozy up on the living room and enjoy a movie on the 65” Smart TV with your group before retiring to bed in the evening.

In addition, each bedroom at Making Memories is as cozy and comfortable as can be, perfect for an afternoon siesta or a good night’s rest. Two primary suites and two guest bedrooms are on the second floor, and each of these bedrooms has their own private bathroom. A large fifth bedroom on the third floor can sleep 14 guests alone and even has a balcony with a full Gulf view and another 65” Smart TV.

Navarre Beach is a beach lover’s paradise and is well known for being “Florida’s Most Relaxing Place.” Rent jet skis or paddleboards, parasail over the Gulf; whatever you choose to do, there is something for everyone. 2024 Beach Vacation

Peaceful and Bliss

Our immediate family of 14 stayed a glorious week--we never left the property--stopped at store before coming in and played on the beach and in the house all week. Perfectly appointed for large groups. We will be back!

Very nice property. Everyone had a great time. Great beach access. Kitchen should be better equipped for cost of property. No dust pan either.

Great Family house.

Short walk to beach. Great bunk beds for kids. Great place for all to eat and play games. Very clean. Nice kitchen. Good parking. Great outdoor shower with warm water was a hit for the moms of little kiddos. The only issue we had was a struggle to have one refrigerator. You might want to bring a cooler for extra stuff. Loved the place.

Great Home!

This house was huge for our family of 15. They loved the upstairs being in one room together. The table and island were great for game nights. We had 4 that were 2 and under and there was plenty of room for the 2 year olds to run around and play. We loved having our own walk out to the beach. Well worth the price.

Family together Again

After 5 years, we were able to have all our family together! Three sons, two DIL (one in medical school), 7 Grandchildren, 1 great Niece, 1 Great great Niece and two very happy Grandparents! The house was beautiful. The water was excellent all week. Each family had their on room. The family room was wonderful as well as the beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Great beach house!

Heaven!!

It was perfect for our family. Have 4 master suites on the main floor is outstanding. The living, dining, kitchen area was great! Parking was plenty for us (4 vehicles). The only thing that I would possibly change is a better grill--charcoal. We like to cook out when we are at the beach rather than taking a bunch of kids (7) from 2 to 19 years old out to eat each night. The grill was way too small and old to do us much good. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Beautifully located home.

This beach house is beautifully located and very peaceful with easy access to the beach. It is spacious and minimally appointed. The bizarre eating utensils are tiny and the kitchen is minimally stocked. More importantly, the air conditioner was not cooling and I was told that the repairman would "hopefully" be able to look at it that day. He did come that evening but had to return the next morning to complete the repair. Even so, the house never fully cooled. It was uncomfortable at night. Southern Rentals was unresponsive via text and phone calls.

Summer vacation

The property location is fantastic. The beach is not crowded. Easy access from the house. The house is large and laid out good. We had some disappointments also. None of the TV's were working when we arrived. You sent out someone on Sunday but not any help. On Monday someone different came out and got two out of 6 TV working. Said they would return to fix the others but never returned. All three bathtubs would not drain and when you are taking a shower the water level was over the top of your feet. Man came on Monday and got that fixed. Bathroom door upstairs would not latch so it would come open when someone was in the bathroom. Another bedroom door would not close but Monday repairman repaired both doors. Freezer would not get cold enough to freeze Ice cream hard. Handyman reset the Fridge and it started freezing. Porch needed cleaning so I washed it off, not just sand it was dirty. Not enough hot water for twelve guests. The Air conditioner would not cool the house below 74 degrees. Only two trashcans and we eat in so they were full by Wednesday. I called to have them emptied and they were not ever emptied. I own residential and commercial rental properties so I do understand but you asked me to tell you about our stay. Would I stay here again. I would love too but not at this price.

Beautiful home with amazing views

This was a perfect place for our multigenerational group. Only complaint - most of the doors inside and out are difficult to close. Bathroom door upstairs would not stay shut so privacy was limited.
