Navarre Beach is always beautiful and our spectacular condo on the 16th floor at the Pearl is waiting on you! We sit right on the Gulf of America with nothing between you and the beach! Great views of the sea life from the 16th floor! The only thing missing is you!

We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!

Unit 1604 is 'The Diamond' among the Pearl condos! New Roku TVs in every room. Newly remodeled kitchen - cabinets, granite, backsplash and appliances!! Also new wet bar area! Tropical tranquility is found both outside and inside our beautiful condo! Unit 1604 is definitely a Platinum unit with upscale, tropical, contemporary style throughout. Beautiful artwork, furnishings and ample storage are found throughout the condo. Our TV's are all Roku/Smart TV's. Come and enjoy our beach, heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. While in Navarre be sure and enjoy the 17 mile drive through the National Seashore! You enjoy the Gulf on the South side and Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island! If you enjoy fishing we have Florida's longest fishing pier. If you don't enjoy fishing you can enjoy the walk on the pier while viewing sea turtles, dolphin, fish, etc. I have multiple units on Navarre Beach ~ love to look for units at other locations for you if this is not available.

Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times but we prefer that check in or check out be on Saturday. There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with our Simply The Best Rental Agreement. I look forward to helping you plan a great vacation on Navarre Beach. School breaks and holiday rates will be higher. We do not allow parties or single groups. Minimum rental age is 25.

This is a luxurious, two bedroom, two bath condominium with over 1400 square feet of luxury. The condo has ample linens and storage. There are 3 Roku/Smart TV's in the condo. This is not a typical rental unit - we have given great attention to detail throughout the condo. Of course, The Pearl Resort is a gated resort. Our pool and hot tub are heated and will be enjoyed throughout the fall, winter and spring season. Look no further because you have found the perfect vacation place! Unit 1604 is fully equipped and will meet all of your needs while enjoying this home-away-from-home. If you enjoy pristine white sugar sand and a magnificent Gulf view then this is the unit for you. Navarre Beach is one of Florida’s hidden treasures. Navarre is a quiet, family-oriented beach - enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf without the crowds to spoil it. We are located between Destin, Fort Walton and Pensacola. If you have not previously visited Navarre Beach, you have missed something special in the Panhandle. Our portion of the island is only three miles long - this guarantees us privacy and unspoiled beauty. We are bordered by the State Park and the National Seashore - very protected from life’s chaos. We have a walking, biking trail that is 17 miles long - it goes all the way to Pensacola. The Santa Rosa Sound has lots of activities to enjoy. Wave runners, sailboats, windsurfers, fishermen, etc. all types of water activities are there (sound side) to be rented, watched or participated in.

Wireless internet service is available at the complex free of charge. Because we have a king sized bed in the master and 2 double beds in the second bedroom, unit 1604 Pearl is the perfect condo arrangement for couples that want to vacation together. This is not the typical rental unit - it is our second home and we invite you to come for a visit. The décor is best described as 'Platinum' - upscale with beautiful artwork and furnishings. You will be greeted by tile in the foyer and kitchen. This condominium has a spectacular dining area with a beautiful dining table made from olive wood. The master suite has a king-size bed and it opens onto our comfortably furnished balcony. The view is spectacular from both the bedroom and the living area and you can go onto the balcony from both rooms.

The turquoise water is post card perfect and the pristine white sand is the perfect backdrop for your beach activities. Watching a sunset from the balcony is something you will never forget. The master suite is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The second bedroom has two full beds, Roku TV and is very beachy in its theme. Both bedrooms are spacious, beautiful and comfortable.
