Duplex apartment of 65m² with a pleasant 15m² garden overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor: a garden, a large living room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen, a laundry room and WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with sea view, 1 cabin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower) and separate WCs.

Private parking within the grounds of the residence, 2 free swimming pools reserved for residents (accessible with a badge) as well as 3 tennis courts.

Bedding:
- Double bed 140 cm (bedroom 1)
-Double bed 140 cm (bedroom 2)
- Mezzanine bed 90 cm x 2 (cabin bedroom 3)

Equipment:
-TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee makers (one Senseo and one filter), kettle, toaster, plancha.
-Garden furniture (6 chairs), manual awning.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included.
