108 Sandpiper is a three-bedroom condo on Tybee's popular south beach off Strand Avenue. While staying at Sandpiper 108, you will be steps away from some of Tybee's most popular restaurants, shops, and the famous Tybee Pier and Pavilion. The condo is located on the corner of the Sandpiper building and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living space floor plan. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Directly off the living room is a private balcony with a partial ocean view. The dining table separates the living area from the spacious kitchen. In addition to the dining table, there are dining stools for three at the kitchen counter.
The primary bedroom is a spacious suite with a king bed and an attached full bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo and have convenient access to a full bathroom off the hallway. The second bedroom is a dreamers retreat with a cozy queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and TV.
There is a standard-size washer and dryer in this condo.
While staying at 108 Sandpiper, you will have access to two parking spots. These parking spots will require one vehicle to park in front of the other, and only standard-sized cars will fit in the parking spaces. Additional vehicles may park at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office for free.

Excellent beach front location, a very short walk to the beach. Love that parking is gated, no need to fight for spots even on busy season. Property is clean, and quiet enough even with us being on the first floor. Perfect for our family with young children. Convenient locations to surround restaurants. Would def come back again!
Loved the location and space the apartment had. Do wish it had beach chairs And hair dryer. The mattresses need to be replaced. Other then that we loved it
Overall it was a great stay. The location is close to beach entrances and restaurants. We were able to walk more than drive. We did not get an ocean view, but it was nice to have a small outdoor space. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay in the Sandpiper again.
Only issues we had with our stay were:
***The kitchen needs a few new pans because what is there was not usable a good cutting board. We like to cook.
***The mattresses are horrible in all three rooms.
*** The tvs are not smart tvs so I would recommend bringing a Roku or something in case you are stuck inside during a storm like we were. The room with the twin bed has a tiny tv that is not worth using.
I personally would prefer some curtains in the bedrooms to help block out light and perhaps it would help with the noise. Being on the side street and on the first floor there is restaurant clean up late in the evenings and garbage pick up very early. It would also help to have a pull down showerhead to help with rinsing off and doing hair since the shower heads are water savers.
