Lovely little Studio built above double garage. Has its own parking space and entrance via metal stairs to patio doors on balcony. Balcony overlooks garden and lovely tree area. Studio has en-suite, double bed, table, couch, tv, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven. Small welcome pack included. Perfectly situated between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Train station very close by. Many supermarkets close by too

Perfect studio!

The hosts were great, the studio is like new and had everything you needed plus extras. We loved the location as it was in a quiet area but close enough to cities and attractions.

We absolutely loved our two week stay! We immediately felt at home, the studio was perfectly decorated with impeccable taste and high-end furnishings. The hosts, Allan and Gina were extremely helpful, going the extra mile to provide us with helpful suggestions on travelling and restaurants, including picking us up at the train station and providing great information on renting a vehicle for our stay. We were able to enjoy spending some time in their beautiful back yard, with occasional visits from the family’s adorable dog Molly! We would highly recommend this great place!

Wonderful Studio

This studio was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. It was comfortable, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts did an amazing job at making it feel like we were home away from home. It was a 20 min walk to the train station and to local restaurants. The hosts were very kind and easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Our family visit

We recently had a three night stay at the Studio, What a great spot, everything was nice and clean with everything you would need for our stay. Allan and Gina were great hosts who took the time to ensure we had all we needed with nothing being to much trouble. The studio is in a quiet location with a beautiful garden to enjoy sitting out but at the same time close to all conveniences you may need.

Safe and Impeccably Clean

I flew into Edinburgh to meet up with a golf group. I arrived two days early and didn't want to be downtown so i selected this wonderful studio between Armadale and Bathgate. I loved it!

Comfy and cozy, quiet and private

An excellent base for exploring the Central Belt of Scotland, with great links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and more, the Studio is a comfortable and quiet place to spend time. Facilities are modern and were more than adequate for our needs.Downsides? Access might be tricky, up a flight of narrow metal stairs. The shower room/loo is very small, although the shower itself is a decent size. And there are no shops, pubs etc within quick walking distance, so a car/taxi is probably necessary. The railway station is about half an hour's walk away, for instance.But as a central base for touring the area, the position is great, and the hosts are very pleasant people. Would recommend!

Awesome place!

Absolutely loved it. Very quiet neighbourhood and you can't hear anyone in the house around you. Lots of places to hang towels which we really appreciated. Very, very clean and organized. They had snacks and food plus dishes and dishsoap. Only downside was that it is quite far from Edinburgh if you don't have a car; we couldn't order an Uber as it was too secluded. And we couldn't call cabs as we didn’t have working phone numbers. The check-in process was super straight forward. I would just recommend they tell the guests that they have to go up the metal stairs to the studio. Great place!

Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt. Das Apartment war so wie beschrieben. Sauber, schön eingerichtet, Bett super bequem, Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht in den Wald. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig, Öl und Instantkaffee war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und würden sofort wiederkommen. Für Ausflüge nach Edinburgh und Umgebung super gelegen.

Long Term Stay in Armadale, Scotland

Upon greeting Host and Hostess I immediately felt welcome and came to appreciate their hospitality and kindness . The studio is lovely, and central Lothian location is perfect. I relied on public transit which was easily accessible. It was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped , including adorable dog, Molly!
