Located in Erquy, facing the beach and close to the harbour, this 150 m² semi-detached house accommodates up to 10 guests for a holiday centred around the coastline. Shops and the town centre are also within easy reach of the property.

On the ground floor, the lounge provides a straightforward place to gather after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everyday meals, picnics before the beach or larger dinners after a visit to the market.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with 1 double bed 160x200
- 1 small bedroom on the second floor with 1 double bed 160x200
- 1 small bedroom on the second floor with 1 single bed 90x190
- 1 landing area on the second floor with 1 single bed and 1 extra bed

The maximum occupancy of the property remains limited to 10 guests.

The house includes 2 indoor shower rooms, located on the first and second floors. A small bathroom with toilet is also accessible outside the house.

The enclosed garden is useful for outdoor meals and gives children more space during sunny days. A barbecue and outdoor furniture complete the outside area.

The garage includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. It cannot be used to park a car. The vehicle can be parked in the courtyard of the property.

Erquy makes it easy to alternate between days on the beach, walks around the harbour and outings towards Cap d’Erquy. Pink sandstone landscapes and coastal paths provide many opportunities to explore Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
