Villa Capbreton in a quiet location Beach on foot

A comfortable villa, beautifully renovated in 2018, with 180 m² of living space on two levels, located in the quiet Les Sables area, 500 metres from the beach and city centre, and 500 metres from the marina and its restaurants, the cinema, and 100 metres from the Vélodyssée bike path. You can leave your car behind for the entire duration of your stay.
The house features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 people (On the ground floor: a master suite with a 160-cm bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom; a second bedroom with a 140-cm bed and shower. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160-cm bed (air-conditioned) and a bathroom. The house has two bathrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs.
The upper floor is not suitable for children due to a steep staircase with a handrail but no crash barrier.
An extra sleeping option is available (a pull-out sofa in the living room and a travel cot / high chair for children).

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, De’Longhi coffee maker and capsule-free espresso machine, kettle, food processor) with a beautiful central island that seats four.This kitchen opens onto a living area comprising a living room and a dining room. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The exterior features two pleasant outdoor living areas:
1/ On the west side, a 20 m² wooden deck with a teak table and an offset umbrella, ideal for lunch and dinner.

Pets not allowed.

The house is situated on an 800-square-meter lot that includes a second 40-square-meter house at the back, occupied by the owner’s two cats. They may come to visit you.

Free parking in front of the house on a very quiet street. Discreet, year-round neighbors.

Linens are provided (sheets, tea towels, bath towels, beach towels).
Cleaning supplies are provided.
A housekeeper can be arranged during your stay upon request.
