There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well.

You can watch the ducks and geese fly by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp.

This quiet place sits tucked in right next to the Rio Grande river. It is located right on the edge of town heading up highway 149 to Creede where you are minutes from the mountains for a hike, access to fishing, or a short trip into the local shops. Inside this apartment you will find two bedrooms, a spacious living room, open dining and kitchen area. Whether you're looking to get out of the city for the weekend or need a quick break from work this cozy condo can offer just what you need to slow down for a few days. This condo is on the ground floor. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $125 per pet. Ask about the discounts.

The property was clean, if you don't count the ANIMAL LIVING IN THE BEDROOM WALL AND THE SMELL FROM IT. The bedroom window does not open (safety hazard!) so there was no way to get air circulating through the room. They have tried to mask the smell with an air freshener. The address was not accurate. Look for Lance St before the bridge. Communication was fine until we had the critter in the wall issue. It is nocturnal and kept everyone up. I guess it was Beau who showed up, after ignoring my texts and me asking for different accommodations. HE LIVES NEXT DOOR! His solution was to set small, as in mouse size traps, outside. This critter is more likely a raccoon. Beau was aware of this problem before we arrived because the closet doors were off and there is an area where they have opened up that wall before. The location, was nice. It's right on the river and was nice to sit out on the patio. When I asked for any info he could provide about the railbikes, he referred me to the visitors center. The Railbikes are literally right across the street! I guess he couldn't be bothered to provide that info. No, I would not stay here again.
