You’ll love our updated cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. A one-level rancher on a 1-acre treed lot. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and families (MAX 6 guests). We are open to accommodate dogs, please inquire with Host for approval before booking, additional nightly and cleaning fees will apply.
2 bedrooms have King beds and the living room has a Pullout Queen sofa sleeper w/ memory foam. Updated bathrooms w/heated floors . Fireplace. Ping-Pong table
20-min drive to Wolfcreek resort, 3 min to Rio Grande River public launch area, and 3 mins to Rio Grande Golf Resort, local restaurants, and grocery.
The space
1570 sqft single-level home.
Both bedrooms: have King Beds, ceiling fan, closet, and dresser. The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom and large windows with tranquil view of the treed back yard. The Guest bedroom has convenient access to the guest bathroom across the hall and also views of trees.
Both bathrooms: have been updated with heated floors and include grab bars. The Master bath has a stone shower (with shower panel + small seat) and a bidet. The Guest bath has a standard-size tub that is Jetted, heated, and has LED lights.
The spacious living room: has a direct view of Beaver mountain. It has a Smart TV and large sectional with 2 electric recliners and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. There is also a large fireplace/sitting area (wood is provided in the cooler seasons). There is a private door to the front of the house.
The work space/small desk/office chair: is located in the living room.
The Kitchen: has been updated with new appliances, TV, maple butcher block island, and granite counter tops. It is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is an Electric fireplace to heat and for ambiance. The dining room will seat 6 people. We have extension for the dining room table and additional chairs in the garage.
The Laundry room: has been updated with new washer and dryer, utility sink, and has a folding table + expandable clothes rack. It also has a large pantry.
The front patio, has four rockers and side tables to relax and enjoy the view of Beaver Mountain.
The back deck/patio: has been newly painted. There is a stainless steel propane grill with grilling accessories and a standalone propane fire pit. Also, Patio table/4 chairs and two low chairs and side table. The yard is fenced in closely with metal fencing. Our property extends past the fence and is a treed lot.
The Garage can accommodate one vehicle. Includes a ping pong table and dart board available for guest use. There are old coolers, camping chairs, and snow sleds available for use. There is a long driveway that can accommodate multiple cars and trailer.

Why they chose this property
It's a quiet and established neighborhood.  The proximity: It is the one of the closest neighborhoods to Wolfcreek Ski/Pass (only 20 mins!).   We can walk or a quick couple mins drive to the Rio Grande River.  I like there is a public river docking area where you can drop off/of load your boats/raft/kayaks.  We are only 3 mins from restaurants and local grocery store.   We are also only a few minutes from the Rio Grande Golf and resort.  There is much wild life in the neighborhood where you can regularly see: Deer, wild turkey, birds, and a large tree nearby with a committee of Turkey Vultures!
What makes this property unique
This is a one level rancher surrounded by large trees (not many properties in South Fork have treed lots).  It is convenient to all the outdoors has to offer but still close to local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and rental/outdoor outfitters shops.  We have a long U shaped driveway for easy parking for multiple cars, RV, boats, etc...   We have a garage to park one car.
