Popular 9 hole par 3 golf course, 5 pools (2 heated in winter) 3 hot spas, 6 tennis courts.Pickle Ball Courts. Canal docking by reservation as available, boat slips on harbor as available. On site boat launch. Seasonal beach chair service and snack bar available on private Beach! Gourmet harbor front Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant on-site too that is all on sand piper cove available! This condo features sleeping for 4 adults and 1 child with one bedroom with king sized bed, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one convertible ottoman single bed in dining room. Kitchen, dining and seating for 6 using the table and bar. 2 balconies for views of the pool/golf course and sunsets. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
