A nice condo with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The host was very accommodating and communicative. The pools and splash pads were amazing. It was nice having a restaurant and shuttle bus on property as well. I would definitely stay again!

This location was beautiful for me and my family. The pools and restaurant were great the gym was clean and the pickle ball court as well my kids were able to hang at the pool with other kids while we watched over from the balcony. Sheets and bedroom pillows smelled off but we washed them and problem solved I recommend this host

Tastefully decorated! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The resort is beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for our ladies trip of four. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The only thing I might say is that if you need to use the pullout couch for a bed, bring an air mattress instead. Otherwise thr other beds are very comfy. We would definitely come back in the future, and possibly stay longer than 3 nights. Oh, the air conditioner works great!

Condo was clean and everything was just as pictured. Staff were great and the view of the pool was fantastic. But the best part of the condo was the location of it. You are central to several restaurants and lots of activities for the family to enjoy. We had a great time and recommended to anyone.

Such a family-friendly experience! Everything we needed was provided—beach chairs, towels, toys, sunblock… literally everything. It made our stay so easy and stress-free. The condo was amazing, and you can tell they really think of every detail, especially for families with kids. We had the best time and are already planning our next trip! By the way great view for instagram worthy pictures!!!!

Roomy and clean

A very nice resort with a nice pool. The property is decorated nicely with a patio to drink your morning coffee and enjoy the morning breeze. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Home away from home

It was amazing, place was perfect everything you might need was there. No worries. Location was awesome in the middle of restaurants, shopping, and beach. Loved it next time we are staying there again.

Place was very clean !! Smelled very clean , beautiful view. Easy access to the restaurant the bar. The pool area view was actually perfect for us. The pool itself with the lagoon type structure was very pleasant and enjoyable. The pool itself ranging from a few inches to 8 foot being at the deepest point. 98% of the swimming area is 0 to 4 1/2 feet deep. Only a smaller area is 5 foot to 8 foot deep. Very enjoyable. The bar and the restaurant was very convenient with easy access and friendly people. Being on a second floor was amazing. The views were spectacular. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are definitely going to go back with our entire family. It is very kid friendly, my wife and I took a three night trip from Louisiana to Destin just to get away and enjoy each other. Once we got there, there was really no reason why to leave the resort but being from we are from the Louisiana area with Mississippi water. We had to check out the beach and the crystal clear water. After enjoying the beach, the resort basically fulfilled every thing we wanted and needed in a trip to Destin, Florida. It’s basically its own oasis in the middle of a busy high traffic area and you wouldn’t even know it. Great parking. Easy access. Food, liquor, and plenty entertainment for the children. What a wonderful place. Thank you very much. We do plan on coming back with our kids and grandkids.

Every trash can including the trash chute was stuffed full of trash so how is someone supposed to throw any trash away even a gum wrapperThe carpet was stained throughout the entire hallways There was obviously some water damage as they had dehumidifier across the hall which kept my kids up all night as the noise went through the wallsThe elevators were fast that was nice but soaking wet floors from people using it from the pool and such ( expected ) Oh the smell of mold and weed was the highlight The pool was extremely big and had lot of depths so this was nice We were able to get a golf cart as the property never responded when I first asked about the distance from the beach so only one company allows their golf carts on this property The sheets/blankets had a old odor like they have not been washed in years The white towels has such strict rules we were terrified to even use them but we did and honestly they are low grade white towels just have colored towels if you are so afraid of stainsYes there are Carts BUT good luck getting one at check in and outThe washer dryer was great but please don’t say to clean the lint trap and then it’s not cleaned out at all when another person checks in and the location should have been better planned Overall willNEVER stay here again nor use this host

We were not made aware of any concerns inside the condo during your stay. Had we known about the linens, dryer lint trap, or other housekeeping or maintenance items, we would have gladly addressed them promptly. We sincerely apologize for any oversight and will review these items with our housekeeping team. The trash areas, hallway carpeting, dehumidification equipment, elevators, and common-area odors are managed by the Resort Association. We did address the trash issue and were advised it resulted from a mechanical problem with the resort’s trash compactor, which has since been corrected. Your stay was also during peak summer season, when luggage carts are in very high demand at check-in and checkout, as is common at busy hotels and resorts. We also reviewed the communication associated with your reservation and do not have a record of receiving a golf-cart inquiry. We provide detailed pre-arrival information and remain available throughout each stay. Golf carts are permitted and require one of the available parking permits. We have hosted families for more than 10 years and take great pride in our Premier Host status and responsiveness. We truly wish we had known about these concerns during your stay so we could have addressed anything within our control immediately.
