This place is perfect for relaxing or working. The beautiful Detroit River is within a 3 min walking distance with a beautiful view of the Ambassador Bridge, with Canada across the river. We are located Downtown with Casinos, nightclubs, and sporting venues within 5 min. Self-entry check-in and gated parking are available.

They mean it when they say no parties. Can hear TV at normal volume from the floor above, these lofts transmit sound easily, so I could see how quiet hours are important to observe. Bed was cozy, the loft is stylish, and the friendly refreshments were a nice touch. Close to cool things in downtown.

Absolutely awesome stay! The apartment is super clean and cozy and the property owner is so thoughtful with her little extras and touches that make this apartment so fun and inviting! Great communication with the host! Highly recommend! A hidden GEM for sure! We loved our stay so much and would 100% book again!!!! And while you’re here, make sure to stop in Corktown at Cork & Gabel and Batch Brewing Company! Great proximity to these amazing restaurants and also just a quick drive or Uber into downtown!

The loft was very clean and conveniently located to several freeway options. (I was staying for business and was driving back and forth to Dearborn and the airport) as well as the fantastic and unique neighborhood of Corktown. The gated parking was also a bonus.The host provided very good instructions about the keys, parking fob and there was a great coffee station in the loft. The bathroom was very nice. It was a very welcoming stay.

The room was clean and very well stocked with toiletries and snacks. Nice old wood floors and high ceilings, Good TV and wifi. There is only a window unit to cool the room which it did in our 70 degree stay and there were 2 fans provided. Sign in thy apartment said smoking was permitted but we there was no smell in the room. The check in process was a little challenging in that you had to get the key from the front of the building and park in the back. The front of the building will give you pause on whether to enter as it looks sketchy. Construction going on nearby, lane closed. Parking is free behind a gate that needs a remote. The rear entry is over on the far left of the parking area. Owner is really sure you understand that you need to keep noise down, the other occupants not so much. Neighbors came in both nights around 330 in the morning and apparently like to rearrange furniture. Don't let the front of the property fool you. It is a nice place inside and the parking appears to be secure. We were close enough that we walked to Comerica for a ball game. We came back down the Riverwalk watching large ships and the people. There is a great playground across the street behind Salvation Army building. If it was me I would change the check-in area to the back next to the parking gate. Better first impression, less stairs and easier transition for check-in and checkout. I would stay again for sure
