The house was spacious and the location was great! It stayed cooler than most houses we’ve rented in the area which was a huge plus. The 2nd bathroom wasn’t the best, as it was very small and you had to go through a bedroom to use it and the water hose for rinsing off after leaving the beach was in need of replacing. Otherwise, our group thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Unfortunately, this house did not live up to the listing at all. The photos are outdated and do not accurately represent the current condition of the property. The house was noticeably worn and in need of repairs and updating. For what we paid, we expected the property to look and feel like what was advertised. We left feeling very disappointed and that we simply did not get what we paid for.The view was great, and obviously the beach but the house was rough. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, the trash can in the kitchen had old leftover food all over it and it smelled awful. The sheets one of the bedrooms was absolutely awful, they were so picked it felt like sand paper, the pillows were so flat we had to go out and buy new ones. The stairs going to the second floor all shook when you went up or down. The ac units in the bedrooms were so loud you couldn’t sleep with them on, The vents were so disgusting, The sponge for the kitchen sink was gross, had to go buy new of that. Each dish I pulled out of the cabinets to cook with had old food on them. I had to wash everything before I could it. I was extremely disappointed.

This home has a fantastic beachfront location with private beach access which was great for our family with young children. You cannot beat the views or the beach access. However, for an almost 5,000 weekly summer rental, the interior fell short of expectations. The home is showing significant wear and is in serious need of a deep clean. Our primary issue, which was not disclosed in the listing or the VRBO photograph, was the master bedroom (queen bed) having extensive, visible water damage. The walls are heavily warped, stained, buckling, and splitting at the seams. For fear of not knowing what was the cause, we chose not to use this room. Obviously, not ideal for our family of 5 adults and 3 children.The carpets are old and stained (just needs care), similar to the couch stains which we just kept covered with a blanket. Drains were slow but host had drano delivered to us. Windows hadn’t been cleaned - we bought some windex and did our own cleaning to see the beach. Future guests should be aware of the moisture issues before booking. The home is a great space and we loved the location, but, it requires better upkeep to match the price tag.

This home offered the most spectacular view of the ocean! Gorgeous sunsets and beautiful sunrises! I felt right at home at Shore is Beautiful! I would most definitely recommend this home and return for another wonderful stay!

Enjoy the stay at the house. Great location and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Especially on one of the days it rained the entire day and we couldn’t go to the beach. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4-stars was due to a slight issue we had when we arrived, we were unable to access the keyless entry with the provided code. Once we contacted the owners, they were able to open it up the remotely.Housekeeping service was great and the house itself was awesome. A few short steps and you are right on the beach. There is plenty of furniture on the outside deck, for those who prefer to stay closer to the house.Shopping and restaurants just minutes away!Highly recommend.
