Les Gîtes de La Croix Liaud welcomes you to a warm, charming historic building that has been restored and modernised.
The pool, garden, and recreation room (pool table, ping-pong, foosball), all open to guests, offer a relaxing and restful experience.
The wide variety of nearby activities (Puy du Fou, the ocean, the Marais Poitevin, bungee jumping, the zoo, the forest, and an amusement park) will appeal to everyone. This holiday rental for 5 people is part of a complex of 3 independent holiday rentals that can accommodate up to 13 people.

• Accommodation:
- The entrance from the car park leads into a large open-concept space comprising the living room, dining room, and an open kitchen.
- The master bedroom and its en suite bathroom (with toilet) are upstairs. The 180x200 bed can be converted into two 90x200 beds upon request.
- Also upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, which sleeps three people and is furnished with a 140x190 bed and a 90x200 bed.
- On the same landing, the bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms
- The cottage features a furnished terrace with a BBQ.
- The cottage offers direct access to the car park and a private terrace with a barbecue.

• Guest access
- The La Croix Liaud holiday rentals are located 5 minutes from a bakery (Vouvant) and less than 10 minutes from La Châtaigneraie (Super U, Lidl, etc.).
- The property is located in the countryside near hiking trails and bike routes (GR de Mélusine, etc.).
- A car park is available on the property.

Towels and bed linens are provided

Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need to get started:
- tea towels, sponge, dish soap, cleaning supplies
- spices, oils, vinegar, paper towels,
- toilet paper
- hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel
The kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee maker (filter) and a “Dolce Gusto” pod coffee maker
 
The nearest shops are located in La Chataigneraie (7 km): small shops, restaurants, Intermarché, Hyper U, and Lidl; or in Vouvant (5 km): a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and more... 
 
Upon request, we can provide you every morning with pastries (croissants and pain au chocolat) and artisanal baguettes.
The products are handmade using French ingredients, sourced from a professional bakery, and baked on-site. Orders for specific products and quantities must be placed no later than 6:00 PM the day before.

Our private residence is adjacent to the holiday rentals. We are available to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise.

The holiday rentals have direct access to the car park and feature a private terrace with a barbecue.
