Parking right next door.<br>In a small residence, on the 1st floor without lift, apartment of 53 M2 with balcony, unobstructed view of the Puy Gros and the large waterfall.<br>Closed ski room on the ground floor of the residence.<br><br>The apartment consists of:<br><br>> a pleasant living room with:<br>- fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, pretty crockery...)<br>- Nice seating area.<br><br>> Bathroom with double sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.<br><br>> Separate toilet.<br><br>> Sleeps:<br>- In the living room: a large sofa bed with real daily sleeping in 160,<br>- Bedroom: a beautiful bedroom with a 160 bed,<br>- Cabin room: bunk beds in 90.<br><br>It also has large cupboards in the entrance and a wall wardrobe in the bedroom.<br>Childcare equipment available (baby bath, bath seat, booster seat for chair, new travel cot with mattress).<br><br>Bed linen and toiletries, tea towels not provided.<br><br>Rental for up to 6 people<br>Pets refused<br>Apartment NO smoking<br><br>Arrival between 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm (late arrivals possible)<br>Maximum check-out 12 noon<br><br>Arrivals and departures (inventory of fixtures) are provided by the Conciergerie du Sancy, which also offers several additional services:<br>- Cleaning fee 70€<br>- Bed linen rental 15€/bed<br>- Towel rental 5€/person...<br><br>Weekly rates:<br><br>- July/August: 553€/week<br>- Winter season (mid-December until the day before the February holidays): 602€/week<br>- Winter season February school holidays: 756€/week<br>- Spring holidays: 500€/week<br>- Low season (April, May, June, September, October, November to mid-December): 455€/week<br><br>Minimum 7-night reservation:<br>- school holiday period <br><br>Price of the cure (except July/August): 1020€ for 3 weeks (contact me so that I can adjust the price before making your payment)<br><br>DEPOSIT: 700€<br>Tourist tax in addition<br><br>

Très bien situé car proche du centre et du funiculaire sur une rue légèrement passante. Très bien équipé seul bémol le matelas du lit double. Correspond a l'annonce. Nous avons entendu les voisins du dessus mais cela est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire.

Séjour parfait malgré la neige inattendue, découverte rando magnifique et reposante.Conciergerie avec un très bon accueilRésidence et logement propre et très bien situé, l'équipement du logement est complet...manque peut être quelques ustensiles (planche à découper, essoreuse salade,ramequins) et quelques ampoules sont à changées, c'est un détail..Ce séjour à été un vrai bonheur, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Un appartement idéalement placé dans un petit immeuble sécurisé. Tout comme l'an dernier (séjour à la reine du sancy) nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, est très confortable et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. Parfait pour une famille de 3 ou 4. Merci beaucoup !

Un appartement très bien situé, très propre, bien équipé avec une literie très confortable. Meublé avec goût, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. La conciergerie du Sancy est également au top.

Séjour pour faire une cure

Le site est idéal pour découvrir une très belle région : montagne douce et apaisante, forêts magnifiques, lacs, sentiers de randonnées en tout genre etc. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé pas très loin des Thermes. Il est très confortable pour deux adultes avec deux enfants mais pas plus.

Appartement de charme, décoré avec goût, bien équipé et cocooning, idéalement situé au Mont Dore pour profiter du village et de la vallée. À 2 pas du Capucin avec votre sur la grande cascade. Nous recommandons!
