The villa 'the Cytises is ideally located in a quiet side street one-way from the center of Mont-dore. The house is actually 100 meters from the square (supermarket 'Casino'), shops and other restaurants near free shuttles to the ski slopes and within 200 m of the thermal baths. The apartment, which occupies the entire ground garden, very bright, with 2 through-bedrooms and a large living room of 25 m² overlooking the garden. Tenants can park their cars in the yard. In a family, warm and lively atmosphere, the great mountain village character has, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, a multitude of activities to enjoy without moderation in both winter and summer! Tree climbing, summer tobogganing, climbing, hiking, biking, fishing, cross-country and downhill thanks to the 42 km of slopes and more with the connection superbesse, snowshoeing, dog sledding ... Nous avons réservé deux jours avant notre départ et pourtant tout était prêt à notre arrivée. La personne qui s'occupe de la gestion des appartements est très agréable et arrangeante. Le logement est lumineux et très bien chauffé. Un arrêt de navette gratuite se trouve en face de l'appartement, le centre-ville est accessible à pied. Un petit rafraichissement de la salle de bain serait le bienvenu, toutefois nous nous y rendrons à nouveau avec plaisir.

Bon emplacement dans Mont Dore.Très sympathique accueil pour la remise des clefs.Equipement correct.Quelques remarques cependant : - Necessité, depuis la salle à manger, de traverser les deux chambres pour aller aux toilettes.- La cour et l'unique table extèrieure est commune aux 3 appartements.

Appartement en centre ville. Près des commerces. Départ des navettes 2mn à pieds. calme très bien chauffé pour les côtes de ski mouillées c'est bien. Rien a dire.

Hôte très arrangeante et prévenante pour ses voyageurs et disponible. nous avons été surclassé avant même notre départ en vacances, hôte très disponible, équipement très complet que ce soit dans la Cuisine ou le reste de la location. Le seul bémol serait la nettoyage, seulement ce qui se voit, dommage. Mais la location et très bien situé, 1mn à pied du centre ville...

Super semaine

Nous avons été charmés par notre petite semaine passée à Mont Dore. Le logement était adapté pour notre petite famille de 3 (il ne l'est peut être pas pour tous : chambres et salle de bain / wc sont en enfilade), très bien situé (à proximité de tous les commerces et restos du centre ville, et des départs de balades/randos). Andréa et sa fille ont facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Bref, expérience très agréable, on recommande !

Localisation parfaite

La maison est particulièrement bien située pour profiter au maximum des possibilités de randonnées/balades et des facilités de la ville du Mont-Dore, et la possibilité de se garer dans la cour est un gros avantage dans une ville au stationnement difficile. Par contre, à noter qu'il n'y a pas de connexion internet contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, et que la petite cour/parking est à partager entre les 3 logements de la maison.

Location très bien équipée, bien située

Location correspondant bien à la description, propre, très bien équipée notamment au niveau cuisine où il ne manque rien ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations!(petit électroménager, plat à tarte, poêles anti-adhésives en bon état etc... ). Belle grande douche avec siège et jets hydro-massants, eau douce. Bonne literie, dont un lit 1m60. Situation dans une petite rue au calme, à 5 minutes à pied des Thermes.Possibilité de rentrer la voiture. Station agréable, animée, très belles promenades à proximité: crêtes, forêts, cascades, lacs et jolis sites aux environs. Petit supermarché à prix intéressants à l'entrée du Mont Dore et marché le vendredi.Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec la propriétaire et nous recommandons cette location où nous retournerons avec plaisir l'été prochain pour la cure.

Trés bonne

L'appartement est en tous points conformes à la location proposée....Confortable , chaleureux et accueillant.......calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces......ainsi qu'à 10 mn environ des Thermes......La location est trés propre et trés bien entretenue.....La petite ville est bien desservie en tout, aussi bien en commerces que restaurants.......il y a plein d'activités à faire, toutes aussi différentes les unes que les autres.....Il y a beaucoup de beaux endroits à visiter ....Une très bonne location que je recommanderais à un ami .........

Appartement au ski!

Très bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison. Spacieux et bien insonorisé. Les photos rendent bien compte des lieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au ski en février dernier. La maison est située dans la ville non loin des commerces et activités. Navette non loin de la maison pour les pistes. Pas besoin de voiture, nous sommes venus en train! Nous revenons avec plaisir pour l'hiver prochain.

agréable et bien équipé

Nous avons apprécié le confort grâce à un équipement approprié pour une famille nombreuse (électroménager , linge de maison en quantité , mise à disposition du nécessaire pour bébé en particulier). Merci également pour l'espace , chacun a pu profité de son espace ce qui permet un séjour de détente pour tous et de calme (aucune nuisance sonore). Nous avons profité des balades et des activités dans Mont Dore avec 2 bonnes adresses de resto ( à demander au propriétaire) mais également des visites de villages proches (peu de trajet voiture). Bref l'idéal pour nous ! Merci

Belle découverte

Dans une maison bien située au cœur du Mont-Dore, j'ai pu apprécier au cours de cette semaine les charmes de la région ( gastronomie, villages alentour et vie locale ) Excellent accueil sur place et descriptifs judicieux de la propriétaire sur l'hébergement Maison très bien entretenue, un appartement propre parfaitement équipé La station permet des loisirs variés culturels ou sportifs qui convient à des vacanciers de 7 à 77 ans !!! moins et plus !! Je reviendrai .....
