In 1996, in the national park at the edge of Zingst, a group of thatched-roof holiday homes was built right on the beach. The holiday apartment is approximately 54 m2 in size. It has a living room with kitchen niche, bedroom, bathroom and a large terrace. The property is 2,000 m2.
