The comfortable apartment Gallery "Nautilus" for 2 persons is located on the first floor. Here you will find the cozy living room with open fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with a Raindance shower in marble and granite provide a Mediterranean flair. A staircase leads from here to the open sleeping gallery. Towels and bed linen are provided once. The Community sauna can be used any time.

Hervorragende Galleriewohnung

Eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Buchung, Frau Lüske ist sehr flink in der Beantwortung bei Fragen; die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts! Für 2 Personen genügend Platz vorhanden, ein schöner großer Balkon rundet das Ganze positiv ab, einabschliessbares Fahrradhäuschen vorhanden, die Sauna im Hausflur hatte ich leider zu spät entdeckt… von mir im Ganzen eine Toyp-Bewertung

1. Bezeichnung der Wohnung entweder mit Nautilus oder Nr.4 wünschenswert. Einmal so, einmal so verwirrt.2. 2x TV in Inserat ist nicht korrekt, da nur 1 TV, aber 2 Anschlüsse.3. Beschreibung in Wohnung wäre wünschenswert: Info zu elektr. Rollos und elektr. Fenstern, Mülltrennung (kann man zwar auch an Tonnen erkennen), ...4. Sauberkeit bei Übergabe sollte allgemein verbessert werden (waagerechte Flächen abgewischt, keine verschmutzten Tassen im Schrank, auch in Ecken gewischt...)

Schon die Schlüssel Abholung war eine einzige Katastrophe. Auch die Informationen des Gastgeber waren gleich null.Auch die Sauberkeit der Immobilie war schlecht.

Schöne Wohnung ,gute Lage !!

Wir waren eine Woche auf Zingst .Die Wohnung hat eine Gute Lage ,kurzer Weg zum Strand ,Bäcker und weiteren Geschäften . Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet,klein aber schön . Leider war die Reinigung nicht so gut ,Müll vom Vorgänger noch im Mülleimer,Handtuchheizung im Bad sehr staubig ,auch die Handläufe nach oben und die Absperrung oben sehr Staubig .Das sind aber Sachen ,die man abstellen kann ,hatte der Vermieterin auch geschrieben und sie hat auch sehr schnell geantwortet!!
