Holiday home in Oberhausen, the 'cradle of the Ruhr industry'

The row end house offers space for eight people. A travel cot for small children can be provided free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor. The adjoining, open living room with a dining area for eight people, a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. Also on the ground floor are the entrance area with a cloakroom and a toilet. At the other end of the ground floor is a window front with the exit to the terrace and the adjacent garden.

The terrace with a seating area for eight people, awning and parasol offers sun protection and the opportunity to relax. The adjacent garden helps to relax.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom and a storage room. The daylight bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and a bath.

The top floor has a seating area, two double beds, a cot and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Parking is available on the private grounds of the terraced housing estate. Bicycles can be parked and protected on the property of the holiday home.

The minimum rental period is two nights.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price of € 120.00 per day for an occupancy of 4 people. We charge € 19.00 per day for each additional person.
The price for the final cleaning is € 40.00.

You live in a tastefully furnished holiday home on three levels, with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious living room, on a total of 130m² living space, with an adjacent terrace and garden, in the Oberhausen - Osterfeld district.
The Centro with its promenade and the neighboring attractions such as; Marina, Sea Life, Aqua Bad, Metronom Theater, Köng Pilsener Arena, Legoland or the Gasometer with its changing exhibitions, the Olga Park (site of the Landesgartenschau 1999) and the Vondern Castle can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The driveways of the A 42 motorways in the direction of Duisburg or Essen are about 200 meters from the holiday home and offer the opportunity to further explore the sights of the Ruhr area.
