Equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave), large living room, lounge (wood stove). 2 bedrooms (2 double beds. 1 single bed). Bathroom. WC. Cellar. Electric heating in supplement. Large covered terrace. Parking, barbecue, land. Stream on the property. Many hiking trails from the cottage. Way of St Jacques de Compostela on the passage. Linens provided. Near the Irouléguy vineyard. Destination: between France and Navarre in an independent house, single-story gîte.
