Lovely Villa. Frequent visitor to the resort.

Just as shown. The only confusing bit was who to communicate with about what. Also, they kept trying to get housekeeping in, as they took over 4 hours we naturally didn't want the service that often, or need it as we are quite tidy. There was a construction project going on below the Villa that will be still on until November 2022. As we complained about. It, the Villa manager was kind enough to reduce some of our charges to make up for it. Very kind staff. And we have stayed at the resort many times. The kitchen is fully equipped and the Villa is really comfortable. Just a note, all the bedrooms hbe their own entrances from the central courtyard so that might not be the best for families with younger kids. Overall, we will be back and really enjoyed our stay.

We are sorry you felt the complimentary daily housekeeping and breakfast preparation was too much. As most of our guests really love this level of pampering, we tend to assume this will be well received. We will make a note to take more care in the future to adjust these services more strictly where requested. Regarding the architectural design of these particular Four Seasons villas with bedrooms around a small courtyard, we understand some families with young children may be nervous. However, we can provide child safety gates and baby monitoring equipment and we can also recommend alternative floor plans at the Four Seasons. For adults and older families, this particular design is such a great plus as everybody feels they have their own space.
