Welcome to our North Scottsdale home at the Allison Condominiums. An oasis of quietness and minutes from abundant outdoor activity.

The Allison is Scottsdales ideal address, located only 20 min. from Sky Harbor International Airport conveniently located near the Loop 101 Freeway connecting you to shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Fifteen minute drive to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters for shopping and dining. Twenty minute drive to Old Scottsdale. Five minute drive or 15 minute walk north of us to Westworld for world famous equestrian events and Barrett-Jackson Auction in January. Ten minute drive north to the T.P.C. where the famous Phoenix Open is hosted in January and February. Minutes away to watch Spring training baseball. Just a short day trip away from Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Scottsdale has five major league sports teams you can come and watch. Amazing experiential museums and fabulous restaurants.

Excellent property!

This property met all of our needs. It was clean, fully stocked, close to grocery and other services, and in a very safe neighborhood for those early morning walks. Only my husband and I stayed here, but it would easily accommodate two couples with plenty of room and privacy. Owners were excellent to work with!

PHX Allison Condo Review

This VRBO is good value for the money. We appreciated the quiet neighbors and distance from any road noise. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The unit itself is ideally located out of the sun so we didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning. As advertised , the kitchen is well appointed with good quality cookware. The unit could do with some cosmetic renovation to spruce it up a bit. The host Jennifer is engaged and proactively communicative. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Jennifer’s Allison condo was ideal for our stay: complex was quiet and still convenient to walk or drive to grocery, restaurants, and the nearby, beautiful McDowell Preserve has endless hiking options. The condo itself was just as described - clean, comfortable, quiet and well-stocked. We especially loved the proximity to the pool/hot tub (just a short fall down the stairs) and Mountain View from the condo balcony. Highly recommend and owner is very responsive.
