Very Nice Unit

Condo was centrally located and very nicely appointed. Owner was very responsive and thoughtful. Pool and common areas were well kept. The only downside is the outdoor patio faces a busy road and was pretty noisy.

Just perfect!

My husband and I have visited the Scottsdale area for an extended period the last 3 winters. This condo was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our visit. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio but unfortunately the weather never got quite warm enough for us to use it. The complex was very quiet and the pool/spa area was very well kept. The location was outstanding with anything you would want being either a short walk or drive away. Our only disappointment was the we weren’t able to rent it again for 2024 because it was already booked for the time frame that we come down. ☹️

LOVE this condo!

Spacious, clean and well laid out condo in a great location. Close to hiking trails and great restaurants. The outdoor oversized patio was perfect for lounging with a book and a glass of wine! Cute decor throughout and all essentials that we needed were provided. 😊 Pool area was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Kerry (owner) was quick to reply and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Scottsdale

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to a grocery store, drug store, and several restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, dish soap, several spices- salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. The owner promptly responded to questions. The pool was close by and heated. The owner takes pride in the condo and it shows. Uber/Lyft rides only required a few minutes of waiting. Loved everything about our stay!

We love staying here. It's a cool, stylish condo in a very welcoming community.

This place is great! It's walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, massage, nails, pharmacies, etc. And close to the AZ 101 so it's easy to get anywhere by car. We walked every day in different directions and went to the pool and hot tub daily. The patio faces a busy road and it can get loud at times but it's not obnoxious. We've been twice and will rent again!

We come to Scottsdale at least 2 times a year and will always pick this spot. Property is clean and in great safe location. Gated and quiet area. Pool is great for cooling off. Close to great shopping, food, and activities.

Perfect location for Shea or Phoenix Mayo Clinic

Would recommend to anyone receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Also very convenient for grocery shopping, drug store, and dining. The complex is safe and well kept. We very much enjoyed the walking path located right outside the complex. Kerry is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this rental!

Wish we could stay longer

Our three weeks in Scottsdale flew by. This condo was located in an area close to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve which is where we hiked 11 miles taking the long route to Tom’s Thumb peak as well as many shorter hikes. Easy to get on the 101 and get wherever you’re going. Nice jogging trail nearby. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly condo owners there as well.

Great Location and Beautiful Condominium

This is a great condominium with everything you need for a short or long stay. We did not have to search for anything, right down to cooking utensils and back-up toiletries. It is wonderfully decorated, very clean and easy to live in. The beds and bedding were comfy and had wonderful linens on them. There is even a book with suggested places to visit (that guest can also journal in as well). Loved the pool area and the friendly neighbours and neighbourhood. There are all the amenities in the area including a Safeway, drugstore and even a Costco within a 4 minute drive. Kerry was fantastic as a host as she answered questions within a few hours before booking and everything was seamless!

Scottsdale splendor!

This condo was perfect for my wife and me! Here's are just a few things we liked: 1. Clean, neat, well equipped. 2. Ideally situated in north Scottsdale. We like day trips to other Phoenix area communities (eg., Gilbert, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefee, Queen Creek, etc).; all these easy drives. 3. We like theatre. The Herberger Theatre in downtown Phoenix is also an easy commute. 4. We are walkers, and the neighborhoods surrounding Ladeira Vista 1 offered miles of safe, wide, sidewalks for our daily treks. 5. Covenience. We liked that we could walk across the street and have a Safeway supermarket, several restaurants, cleaners, drug store, etc. 6. Finally, owners Kerry and Lyle were a pleasure to do business with. We will return!

The condo is stylish and very clean. Updates were nice and layout perfect for a small group. Location is perfect with great view out dining area windows. We enjoyed children’s noise from the daycare across the street but some may not. Kitchen was great with new appliances and the linens were very fine throughout the home. The tub was the one thing that was disappointing. Not bath worthy but fine for showering. There is a great hot tub and pool outside. I would highly recommend. Owner was great to work with!

Wonderful location!

This property was located within a block of a grocery store and several restaurants, within a mile or two of parks and hiking trails. We loved it. The condo itself was very nice with comfortable bed and furniture and a very nice kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
