Our holiday home is located in the popular holiday and health resort of Wolfshagen in the Harz Mountains. Situated in a quiet and idyllic setting between two large reservoirs that are perfect for swimming and relaxation, this small, cosy village offers plenty of time for rest and tranquility. Our holiday bungalow is located in the local holiday home area.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 3 people, with an additional sleeping option for a 4th person, all of whom can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms. A cosy kitchen is available for breakfast and cooking. The holiday home is also equipped with a bathroom with a shower. There’s plenty of space in the home’s cosy living room to spend time together. The living room features a TV with satellite reception for evening entertainment. During the sunny summer months, the garden surrounding the house offers plenty of space to relax.

From our holiday home, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, enjoying nature, and spending undisturbed holiday days. But for sports enthusiasts as well, there are countless opportunities to spend an active holiday at our holiday home. Its location right in the Harz low mountain range offers countless opportunities for extensive bike rides (ideally on a mountain bike). In nearby towns, such as Clausthal-Zellerfeld or Hahnenklee, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on various ski slopes, cross-country trails, or toboggan runs. In addition, Wolfshagen im Harz serves as an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours throughout the Harz Mountains, which attract hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts every year with their winding roads. The nearby Brocken, at 1,141 metres the highest peak in the Harz Mountains, presents a challenging destination for any ambitious hiker. The surrounding area also features many idyllically situated swimming lakes, thermal baths, hiking trails, and much more...

Of course, a holiday here can also be tailored to suit children. Those travelling with children won’t have far to go to the large Wölfibad (outdoor pool). With slides, diving platforms, and a volleyball court, it’s a popular destination in Wolfshagen. Nature lovers can alternatively visit the nearby Innerstetal Dam for swimming and paddle boating.

But it’s not just the health resort of Wolfshagen that’s worth a visit. Our historic imperial city of Goslar (10–15 minutes by car), with two sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Rammelsberg and the Old Town), also offers many sights, restaurants, and bars. Bowling, a trip to the films, and mini-golf are just a small selection of the recreational activities available in Goslar.

Relaxing visit

A beautiful bungalow with a nice garden to enjoy on nice sunny days. There’s is everything you need here both in the house and in the surrounding area. There are lots of walking or cycling opportunities in the area, nature is on your doorstep. The lovely town of Goslar is also not too far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Der Empfang war,obwohl wir vor der eigentlich vereinbarten Zeit am Ort aufschlugen, sehr freundlich.Wir lernen dabei auch das sehr engagierte Serviceteam kennen.Das Haus - für uns, 2 Personen und 2 Fellnasen, perfekt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet,liebevoll dekoriert und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Dazu noch pflegeleicht. Der tägliche Hausdienst war schnell erledigt.Die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, kompl. umzäunt, nette Nachbarn. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei mit sehr leckeren Waren fussläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Auf dem oberhalb liegenden Campingplatz haben wir ein Restaurant mit Biergarten für Jedermann gefunden - leckere Speisen, faire Preise, freundlicher Service.Für die Hunderunden waren, selbst bei der großen Hitze, schattige Waldwege in der Nähe.Interessante Städte oder andere Aktivitäten waren gut zu erreichen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine schöne Zeit dort braucht. Sehr schöner, neuer Bungalow mit moderner Ausstattung in einer sehr reizvollen und weniger überlaufenen Ecke des Harzes, die sehr zum Wandern einlädt. Ruhiger Ort, der kleine Lebensmittelladen hat sogar Sonntags Vormittags geöffnet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Betten und Sofa sehr bequem. Es fehlen, wenn überhaupt, allenfalls Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, die in der relativ kleinen Küche aber auch keinen Platz mehr gehabt hätten. Wenn uns in dieser knappen Woche überhaupt etwas auf die Nerven gegangen ist, dann die etwas lauten Unterhaltungen der Camper hinter der Hecke, denn der Garten grenzt leider direkt an den Campingplatz. Da konnten wir bald mitreden ;-). Zum Glück haben die Camper aber auf Grillen und laute Musik verzichtet und die Nachtruhe wunderbar eingehalten. Unseren Hund konnten wir dank des eingezäunten Gartens auch zwischendurch immer mal kurz an die frische Luft lassen.

Ganz lieber Kontakt zum Vermieter und wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und viel Ruhe. Mit dem eingezäunten Garten war es auch perfekt für meine Hündin. Für uns war auch die Lage super. Wir kamen überall schnell hin. Danke für den Traumurlaub

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Charme

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Dekoration und Details sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert und man hat das Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was perfekt ist wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Lediglich der Pelletofen war mir leider etwas zu laut. Aber auch damit kann man sich arrangieren. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und nett.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir sind/waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es ist geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und das eingezäunte Grundstück hat unserer Hündin ebenso wie uns gefallen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war gut und hilfreich. In dem Ort selbst ist alles an Läden/Restaurants da was man braucht. Und es gibt schöne Wanderwege, auch welche die nicht so anstrengend sind. Wir sind uns schon einig das wir 2025 wieder kommen werden.
