This one of a kind 2nd floor Atrium Villa has amazing ocean views! Sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean breezes while you wait for the dolphins to swim by. 3.5 miles of the most unspoiled beautiful sandy beaches lies waiting for you just steps away. Stroll to the Beach Club pools, oceanfront dining at the Pelican's Nest, or to Seabrook Island Club with two championship golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks.

The villa features high ceilings in the open living area, wainscot paneling, and access to a large deck with water views. Settle into the comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite shows or movies on the wall mounted HDTV/DVD or enjoy conversation with your family and friends. Step to the deck to dine while the sun sets over the waters. Share stories from your day around the dining table that seats six. Cook meals in the gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is seating for 4 around the island. There are two bedrooms in this villa. Both have two queen beds and sliding doors leading to the expansive deck. Each has an en suite full bath. Highlights include tile flooring, a tiled shower, wainscot paneling, and a granite topped vanity. There is a separate sink making it easy for guests to get ready at the same time. This villa also has a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable and was the absolute best location at Seabrook. Being the far corner condo facing the ocean was perfect for relaxing out on the high end deck furniture. Everything was easy, so we were able to make it our home for the week. We will be coming back!

Fun beach and bike time with family

This Atrium unit had a beautiful view, was very tidy and had a well-stocked kitchen. We were able to eat all our meals on the patio comfortably and with a wonderful view! Easy bike ride to nature trails and walk across the street to beach. Bountiful games and puzzles provided quality evening family time. Credit toward bikes included was nice bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful condo and conveniently located across the street from the beach club. The wrap around balcony overlooking the beach and beach club was great! I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and when I wasn't at the beach. The condo has everything anyone would need. Is very airy and beautifully decorated. Property managers were friendly ,very easy to reach and communicated each step of the booking, check in and check out process clearly and promptly. I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it!

Generally, the property was very nice and the amenities excellent. A number of small things like dirty outdoor furniture and clocks that didn't run were a distraction. Larger problems were the three TVs that had been left a technological mess and wouldn't work without assistance. (The instructions were meaningless.) And then was the thermostat in the main bedroom which had a bad battery and never went below 77 degrees on our first night. Even with the battery replaced, the room never went below 75 degrees causing me to sleep in the other bedroom. Finally, someone should clean the entry touch pad. With the numbers 1,6, and 7 black with dirt and the others all white, it wouldn't take Willie Sutton to break in.Nice property, but needs some TLC.

Perfect seaside escape.

Spoiler alert – Perfect Beach Condo w/views. We booked at the 11th hour and took our 2 primary-school aged boys on a road trip to SC. We were more than pleasantly surprised especially w/no issues gaining entry upon night arrival. Condo is beautifully decorated with a thoughtfully appointed layout. The deck views of ocean were postcard ready; evening breezes will lull you to sleep. Kitchen had 4 low counter stools with nice long island with plenty of appliances, inclusive of a Keurig & coffee pot. Only missing cookery was non-stick pan for eggs. Plenty of cutlery, dinnerware, and glassware. Simplistic and minimal bedroom set ups. No real closet or hangers, except utility closet, but didn’t find it a problem, as we had mostly beachwear. Mattresses were very comfortable with 2 large beds in each bedroom. Each son was thrilled not having to share. We did find the beds very squeaky - especially the headboards in front bedroom, but I contacted rental agent. They replied immediately and sent a handyman who arrived promptly and tightened the screws, which he said were extremely loose. Officious suggestion: the bed frames, while lovely in appearance, may need to be replaced or fixed, as there was missing or broken "foot" in center of bedframe of 2 of the beds which I think affected stability. *Bonus* feature was the laundry machines which we used daily. L-shape deck area was spacious and perfect for meals or sitting out to watch sunset. Nearly every morning we had breakfast/coffe

Peace and Quiet and Pools

Beautiful property. Made for entertaining. The kitchen and back patio are set up for preparing the perfect drink, snacks and then lounging out in the evening and watching the sunset and listening to the waves. So convenient to the Beach Club and pools. Highly recommend.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

What makes this property unique

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
