Refreshed! Cozy Condo/Loft *King Bed 3 miles to the strip!

Welcome to your Branson vacation! Our guests gave us a few suggestions and we listened. We recently re-decorated and refreshed our home away from home. Close to all the action but in a quiet location. Our condo is ready for your stay! It sleeps 6. There is a King Bed on the main level in the primary bedroom, and a Queen Bed in the loft. The second full bathroom is also located in the loft. Lastly we have a sleeper sofa in the living room area. You will be minutes away from the strip, great entertainment, and attractions. A Full Service Marina (Fall Creek Marina) is a 10 minute walk or 2 min car ride (located on the resort grounds). Rent a boat or bring your own for a fun day on Lake Taneycomo . We enjoy fishing off the dock at the marina, its such a beautiful spot. If you are planning a visit to Silver Dollar City you are only about 15 minutes away! If you enjoy taking in shows, we are approximately 3 miles from the strip! The convention center is approximately 7 miles away. As you can see we are located in a great spot to get anywhere in the area! We would love to be your host for your Branson vacation!

Branson vacation

We loved this condo! It was the perfect location to get to everything in Branson, and giving space away from the strip. We loved the nearby restaurants like Capones and Maria Bonita. The bed was so comfortable and we loved having the washer and dryer. The marina was close by. Our hosts were great and we loved our stay 😇

Place needs a little TLC. If you have 4 people and aren’t using the pull out bed it works good. If you plan on using the pull out bed it just isn’t comfortable what so ever. We eventually decided to put the couch cushions under the mattress and that worked out good. Directions are a bit tricky but the host is very thorough with their directions so I would recommend using that instead of maps. Overall you get what you pay for and the host was very attentive and kind when we called.

Very disappointed

No hot water in the upstairs bathroom the lights in the kitchen and dining room did not work and the deck is a joke. Very unsafe. We did not use it because the base was falling apart

I have not had other guests mention the hot water upstairs, if you would have reached out I could have had someone come out and look at it. The lights in the living room work on the remote, another item that if there was communication i could have remedied. As for the deck, I will have the building look at it.

House was very nice and Clean

I was very please but I found it hard to fine, and they said turn at the marina sign the sign was so small you couldn’t see it, we drove in circles quite a few times, then The guy mowing the grass showed us how to get to our condo

Why they chose this property

Our 2nd floor condo features a main floor private master bedroom with a King Bed! The loft area has a queen bed, and a full bathroom! Comfortable pull out sofa is located in the living room. Enough space to sleep 6. Although we would not suggest 6 adults but there is enough space for 4 adults and a few kiddos. We have stocked the condo with all essentials to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal: cookware, utensils, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, plates, cups, etc. The kitchen table has a banquet and is large enough to seat everyone. All rooms have flat-screen Roku T.V.'s and are set up on Wi-Fi. Netflix is included! We installed a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. If you are like us we prefer do our laundry during our stay, less to do when we arrive home :)

Vaulted Ceiling in Master bedroom allows for lots of natural light. The unique design with the loft gives extra privacy. We also installed an electric fireplace under the tv in the living room for extra heat or ambiance.
