This property is super clean, modern, well appointed and has anything a traveler would need. Heather, the property owner, really has thought of everything here and she is so very prompt and polite with any questions you may have. We also appreciated her suggestions for local food and entertainment choices...all were big winners with us. We can't wait to get back up to Branson and this property would be the top of our list for a comfortable place to stay.

Condo was clean, check-in was very easy. Host quickly responded when I had a question. Location was good for the activities we had planned. I will say, we had 3 adults and condo was really only big enough for 3. The living room area is pretty cozy and only room for 3 to really sit and watch tv. Beds were comfortable although linens and towels could stand to be refreshed. All in all a good quiet reasonably priced option for 2-3, max 4 people.

Abt 10-12 min from the strip in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood. Convenient is the large gas station right down the road! THE ONLY thing I will say is that the stairs to the loft are a little steep and there is not a handrail (definitely tripped a couple times) so be careful if you have small children or joint problems. Otherwise, it was immaculately clean and we would absolutely stay again!!

The condo was clean! Nice size washer and dryer as well. The downside for us was that, although the condo was listed as non-smoking, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was there when we opened the door. I was concerned someone had smoked in the condo. The host had 2 purifiers in the condo, one upstairs and one downstairs. When I messaged about it, she said the condo was a non-smoking unit, but that being it was connected to other condos, the smoke could be filtrating from them. Even the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. She did offer to come change filters and such to try and make it better. I think it would be a good idea to include in the listing about the smoke infiltrating into the condo for those who have allergies or who may be sensitive to cigarette smoke.
