This is a two bedroom, two bath condo,Sleeps 4. It's on the first floor and takes in stunning views of the intracoastal waterway. Walk out the back door of the screened porch and take a few steps to the lighted walking path, observation pier, and boat/fishing dock. It's located in the gated community of waterway Village and has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis court, pickle ball, a putting green and 24 hours security. It has an updated look throughout, tv's in the living room/dinning room and bedrooms.The screened porch have a ceiling fan and tons of natural light. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, views of the waterway, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.the second bedroom is located at the front of the unit with a ceiling fan, closet and shared bathroom. This condo is next the a golf course, minutes from broadway at the beach, the airport, highway31 with fast access to north and south strand , groceries and the beaches.
